Vollkommen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war top. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in einem miserablen Zustand. Es gehört sich von Grund auf renoviert. Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Die Aussicht in den Innenhof zum Abgewöhnen. Im Spa Bereich alles super abgenutzt. Alle anderen Bereiche sind genauso in die Jahre gekommen.

A truly royal hotel
Pros:

It was our first visit and I think it is the only hotel in Scotland that is worth visiting! Impeccable service, activities and facilities! A true gem!

Cons:

I wish we could plan a longer stay instead of going to dull Edinburgh.

Очень очень дорогие активити,
Не понравилось что постоянно спрашивают фамилию при входе в ресторан, узнав номер комнаты. Зачем? Недоверие??? Странно это
Долгий процесс заселения!
При выселении в инвойсе были обнаружены лишние позиции, убрали из счета их быстро, тем не менее неприятно.
В номере были маленькие бутылочки с водой в ограниченном объеме

From staff to facilities, the management ensured that all are of the highest standard. It is a place that is worth coming back to.

Incredible stay, very memorable will definitely return.
Pros:

Stunning building and grounds. The spa is amazing and the staff are lovely and very helpful. The century bar is lovely with very attentive staff and the Andrew Fairlie restaurant was incredible, best food and service I’v ever seen.

Cons:

Lunch at the Dormy clubhouse was very tasty but service was a bit lacking. Wasn’t overly busy yet we waited a long time and had to ask for cutlery at one point. Just a slight niggle overall a positive experience.
