Decent enough for an overnight
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, good location between the airports, which was useful. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

A la carte food was ok although nothing exceptional. Bufet breakfast with flies and insects not very appealing.
A lot of mosquitoes.

Tanzanian Oasis
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at RiverTrees Country Inn and really enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a lovely place to relax after traveling.

Our room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and having a relaxing massage at the property was a wonderful addition to our stay.

The location was very convenient for us, especially as a starting point for our safari, while still feeling peaceful and removed from the busy city. Everything was well organized, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay.

RiverTrees was a lovely introduction to Tanzania, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in the Arusha area.

after a long travel from home to Tanzania this place was exactly where we needed to be for a night.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Glory was very welcoming and pleasant and Emanuel was friendly and helpful. the gardens were lovely and the whole place was calming and very green....a great way to start our trip in Tanzania.

Perfect!
Pros:

A relaxing and peaceful stay that allowed us to truly unwind after a safari. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated beautifully but the beautiful grounds of the hotel were what really stood out. The food was excellent. They also arranged a coffee farm trip for us which was really enjoyable. It was lovely to have a drink around the fire in the evening and watch a family of colobus and blue monkeys in the trees.

Perfect place to unwind and relax
Pros:

Perfect place to unwind and rest after hiking Kilimanjaro. The estate is so relaxing and tranquil, food is amazing and staff were exceptional. I had a very relaxing massage which was excellent and the free river tour guide was very knowledgable and helpful.
