It's closed, so don't take it off booking.

Cons:

It's closed, I made a booking and when I got there the hotel was closed, there was a man working there and he said that the police closed him because he didn't pay the bills, they don't even refund his money

The property was closed and yet it showed up on booking.com. I found that out when my partner reached there at 1 am in the night. After that, she had to walk around in the city for 3 hours trying to find a hotel to sleep in as it was a busy bank holiday weekend which caused immense distress. Highly irresponsible and incompetent work by both the property management and booking.com.

The hotel telephoned me five hours before I was due to check in to tell me I had to pay again, I had no booking. I chose to go somewhere else. I am now also going through the pain of asking Booking.com for a refund though I already see another reviewer a month ago had the same issue and yet Booking.com is still advertising this hotel.

My original booking was cancelled due to the fact they do not take bookings via Booking.com I had to pay another £50.00 for room for the night. I am awaiting refund for my original booking which was cancelled.
