Pros:

The hotel telephoned me five hours before I was due to check in to tell me I had to pay again, I had no booking. I chose to go somewhere else. I am now also going through the pain of asking Booking.com for a refund though I already see another reviewer a month ago had the same issue and yet Booking.com is still advertising this hotel.

Cons:

Being told at the last minute that my booking wasn't real.

Cons:

My original booking was cancelled due to the fact they do not take bookings via Booking.com I had to pay another £50.00 for room for the night. I am awaiting refund for my original booking which was cancelled.

Pros:

My room was very clean and all facilities were available. The owner was very polite and helpful. Nearby were all the various shops, so the location for me was spot on. When I return to Manchester, I will definitely book with Hotel 346. Overall a great experience

I did not stay longer than 10 minutes and booked another hotel.
Cons:

I didn’t stay in this property. I checked out within 10 minutes due to the excess damp smell causing my mum with breathing difficulties to struggle.
