Pros:

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre historique, dans une rue calme. Propreté impeccable et chambre faite tous les jours et serviettes changées. Personnel serviable et aimable. Check in et check out faciles.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct mais manque d'alternative pour ceux qui sont intolérants au gluten et lactose. Par ailleurs de la charcuterie de dinde ou poulet aurait été appréciable.

The location was perfect for my conference, it was quiet and nice through the whole stay
Pros:

Breakfast location is fine but selection could be a bit better

Cons:

Eggs were getting cold very fast. It would be nice to have soft and/or hard boiled eggs.
Somehow the corridor smelled as a cat pee, luckily, the smell didn't get into the room

Fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with everything we needed and more.
Pros:

We loved the room, the shower was fantastic the hotel was spotless. Amy and lorenzo are a credit to the hotel they are both extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them .Our friends were welcomed and offered coffee by Amy as we werent quite ready when they came to meet us. We cannot praise the reception staff enough. We didnt want to leave. We travel a lot and were both very impressed by our welcome by Amy. Her ability to communicate in different languages was was awesome.

Cons:

Nothing at all!

Pros:

Ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y de la parada de tranvia que va al aeropuerto. A 10 minutos del centro para visitar los principales lugares de interés. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. Cada día cambian las toallas. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a ofrecer recomendaciones útiles. El desayuno buffet era variado y tienen opción de bebidas vegetales. En general, una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Florencia.

Hospedagem maravilhosa, quando retornar a Firenze, me hospedarei lá novamente

Buena ubicación. Todo nuevo y limpio. Desayuno estupendo.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación y de la catedral y resto de zonas de interés.
La habitación esta muy bien, todo nuevo y limpio. Además no hay ruidos y se descansa estupendamente.
El desayuno esta genial, y me pusieron pan y magdalenas sin gluten además de los embutidos y otras opciones que había. Además el café está muy bueno.

Hotel génial !
Pros:

Le personnels est plus qu’aimable et au petit soin ! La dame de l’accueil nous a donné un plan détaillé de ce qui fallait voir et faire ! Elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliqué !
Le monsieur également à pu régler notre petit problème dans la chambre d’une grande gentillesse aussi !
Toutes les activités sont à proximité à pied, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre les transports une seule fois
L’hôtel est sécurisé, il est situé dans une rue tranquille !
