Pros:

子供3人を連れての家族旅行で利用しました。
広い和室で一番奥の部屋にして下さったのは有り難かったです。
施設は古いですが、清掃が行き届いており、清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。水が綺麗なのか、部屋のポットで飲むお茶も、朝食会場でのコーヒーもとても美味しいと感じました。
温泉はシンプルですが、入浴後は肌がすべすべになりました。その都度、新しいタオルを1人につき2枚ずつ貸して頂けるのがとても良いです。荷物置きも鍵付きでたくさんあるので便利です。
プレイルームは予約制で1時間1000円で利用でき、カラオケをしながら、子供達はテレビゲーム、小さな子供はグラグラゲームや黒ひげ危機一髪などで楽しめました。
夕食はコース料理で、お品書きもあり、盛り付けも美しくとても美味しかったです。子供用の料理はステーキになると事前の電話確認で伺っていました。当日は大人用でもおかしくないような豪華なステーキが1枚ずつ用意されました。柔らかくて、普段肉を余り食べない子供達が美味しい美味しいと喜んで食べていました。食後じっとしていられない末っ子と優しく遊んで下さったスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。私達夫婦も数年振りの旅行での食事をゆっくりと味わうことができました。
食後には布団が子供の人数分きちんと敷いてあり、とても感動しました。
子供達はここに住みたい!と言っていました。
また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Peaceful and a real culinary experience!
Pros:

It was humble and comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful. Onsens clean. Dinner was out of this world!

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The dinners were amazing. The menu was different on different nights. The staff were really friendly and tried really hard to communicate with us in English. They prepared towels for the public bath at the counter and there wasn’t a need to bring from the room. Would totally stay there again.

Cons:

The public bath was small and there was a queue after the slope closed for the day. The corridor from the room to the main area was cold.
