Une formation au personnel sur l'acceuil du client est nécessaire surtout sur l'agent (femme avec angles) , par ailleurs le client n'a pas besion d'écouter la problématique et les histoires du personnel.

Locatie in een levendige straat was wel goed, veel winkeltjes, bars en restaurants in de buurt.

Cons:

Wifi in de kamers werkte niet of nauwelijks (ik had hoekkamer => beste kamer van de verdieping met veel ramen). Je moest aan de receptie gaan zitten om deftige wifi te hebben en gezien ik voor het werk er was, viel dat toch wel wat tegen. Luchthaventaxi kon besteld worden maar niet betaald worden aan hotel en gezien je in Algerije enkel cash kan betalen buiten hotels had ik ook een probleempje gezien mijn cash op was.
