Csodálatos
Pros:

A hotel modern, kiemelkedően tiszta és hatalmas. Executive szobában szálltunk meg, ami rendkívül tágas, kényelmes. A terasz és jakuzzi szintén hatalmas. A kilátás lenyűgöző. A hajnali napfelkelte pazar. Recepción segítőkészek, minden felmerülő kérdésre válaszolnak, gyorsak. Fiunk anafilaxiás allergiás. Jelzés után a manager fogadott bennünket, személyesen egyeztetett velünk ezzel kapcsolatban. Hívta az étteremvezetőt, akivel szintén mindent átbeszéltünk, pontosítottunk. Az ételek fantasztikusak. A töltött káposztájuk még mindig téma nálunk, iszonyúan finom volt. Az étterem hangulatos, luxus érzést kelt a berendezés. Halk zene szól.
A Smart table remek elfoglaltságot nyújtott reggeli ejtőzés gyanánt.
A szobánkban nem nyílt a hálószobában lévő ajtó, de kérés után azonnal orvosolták néhány perc alatt a problémát. A születésnapomat ünnepeltük náluk. Férjem korábban egyeztetett velük és a közreműködésükkel érkezéskor egy csodálatos rózsa box, macaronok, nagyon guszta gyümölcstál és hűtött bor fogadott az asztalon.
Amit náluk tapasztaltunk, az kérem vendéglátás a javából! Mindenkinek meleg szívvel ajánlom a Mercure Hotelt, ha olyan helyen szeretne megszállni, ahol odafigyelnek és törődnek a vendéggel.
