Absolutely enjoyable stay
Pros:

Excellent place to have a rest! Friendly stuff, always ready to help with all questions. Cleaned and stylish rooms. The hotel offers welness place and some cosmetics procedures/massage. Wide range of food in the breakfast and you can try delicious pizza for dinner in the restraunt. Especially, thank you so much for set up touchpad boardgame tables in a hall, we had too much fun to play it. Also, the hotel invites winery to conduct the testing event, we had luck to visit one of that and want to say that it's worth to visit! We found no drawbacks, thanks for service, we will definitely come back!

Én egyébként szeretem a Mercure hotelt, csak a szolgáltatás nem tökéletes. A kritikám építő szándékú
Pros:

Lokáció, a bár nyitott és világos jellege, a szoba mérete, a kilátás

Cons:

A szék koszos volt (előző lakó rálépett), tehát nem volt 100 %-os a takarítás. A zuhanyzó rózsa és a gégecső találkozásán a víz spriccelt. A zuhanykabin nyitott, így a leggondosabb zuhanyzó esetében is kifolyik a víz a fürdőszobába és az előszobába, ahol padlószőnyeg van. A tejüveggel való fürdőszoba elhatárolás nem praktikus miután a wc is ott van. Ez még családok esetében sem megfelelően diszkrét kialakítás. A reggeli közepes minőségű volt (nyomokban tojás és virsli), paradicsom 9.30-kor elfogyott. Joghurtból csak vegán verzió volt, stb. Összességében a hotel jó lenne, csak a részletekre kellene figyelni.

Nagyon kedves, figyelmes a személyzet. A hotel nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű. Szép a kilátás. Plusz kutyabarát, aminek nagyon örültünk.

Picit puha volt a matrac.

Perfektna lokalita na sutoku riek bodrog a tisa, cyklotrasa hned pod hotelom, blizko do mesta, ale co by som vyzdvihol velmi dobre jedlo, akoze trojchodova vecera taka ze na druhy den naobed nic netreba.

Cons:

Hotel za to nemoze ale mali sme spinavy zupan, davaju prat mimo hotela tak toto by som zdubal dodavatela prackoveho nech si daju pozor lebo to pokazi dojem na celkovo velmi slusnom hotely.
