Az elhelyezkedés jó, a központban van. A személyzet elég kedves.

Cons:

Nem volt svédasztal. Amiből választani lehetett, nem volt egy 4 csillagos szállodához megfelelő. Ár-érték arányban nagyon nem nyújt annyit a szálloda, amennyit elkérnek érte.

Igényes szálloda
Pros:

Szeretjük ezt a szállodát, többször voltunk már itt. Nagyon jó helyen van, szép, igényes, kedves a személyzet. A reggeli bőséges, finom.

Cons:

Foglaláskor kértük, hogy a lehetőségekhez képest, egy szép kilátással rendelkező szobát kapjunk, de az első emeletre kerültünk, ahol a bárba illetve annak tetejére láttunk rá, persze a szálloda foglaláskor jelezte, hogy ezt nem garantálják. Hajnalban egy szállóvendég kutyájának ugatására ébredtünk, de erről nem a szálloda tehet.

Enttäuschend, wie eine tolle Einrichtung ohne Pflege verkommt.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich war die Anlage, unsere Suite und die Ausstattung sehr schön. Laut Beschreibung und Fotos des Hotels.
Die Lage des Hotels ist genial und der Blick der Suite auf den Fluss bei Sonnenaufgang einzigartig.

Cons:

ALLES (Whirlpool, japanisches WC, Kaffee Kapsel Automat, Regendusche ….) war irgendwie defekt oder völlig verkalkt, dass es nicht funktionierte.
Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde 3x abgetan mit „Ich habe so viel zu tun… was soll ich denn tun…“. Beschämend. Wir hatten keine weitere Lust uns die wenigen Tage (4) mit den Unzulänglichkeiten des Personals zu verderben.
Das Personal, ausgenommen die Reinigungsdamen, war durchgehend unfreundlich. Grüßten wir nicht zuerst, kam nichts. Selbst beim Check in und am Frühstücksbuffett.
Bei der täglichen Reinigung wurde Toilettenpapier und Kosmetiktücher nicht ersetzt. Erst auf höfliche Aufforderung. Nach der Reinigung waren sämtliche Wasserflecke auf den Bad Ablagen noch vorhanden. Siehe Fotos
Die Dusch Trennwand blieb den gesamten Aufenthalt voller Kalk Wasserflecke.
Handtücher wurden NIE erneuert.
Es gab in der Küchenzeile kein Geschirrtuch.
Im Gäste WC kein Handtuch….
Der Terrassentisch war derart verdreckt, dass wir zum säubern ein Handtuch „opfern“ mussten. Das übrigens auch nicht ausgetauscht wurde.
Auf der Terrasse war viel Vogelkot und die gläsernen Balkongeländer sowie die Fensterfront könnten gerne einmal geputzt werden.
Die Terrasse war von Nachbarzimmern und der Nachbarsuite nicht wirklich abgetrennt. 3 völlig verdorrte Pflanzen waren der „Sichtschutz“.

Auf der wunderschönen großen runden Sonnenliege lagen alte Blätter der verdorrten Pflanzen und das Sonnendach war defekt. Siehe Fotos

Rundum hatten wir das Gefühl, die Suiten werden kaum bewohnt und verlottern vor sich hin.
Der Whirlpool war komplett verkalkt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Die Wasserqualität wurde nicht überprüft und das deutlich fehlende Wasser auch nicht nachgefüllt.

Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder, sondern wählen beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel.

Tiszta,igényesen kialakított szobákban jól éreztük magunkat.
Pros:

Udvarias,kedves személyzet.Jó elhelyezkedés,tiszta szobák. A wellnes részleg is tetszett. A gyerekeknek is volt játszó szoba kialakítva.

Cons:

Ilyen nem volt.
