Awesome stay, kids absolutely loved the bunk bed

Pros:

員工服務非常好

Cons:

設備老舊、廁所乾濕分離漏水到床邊地毯、蓮蓬頭固定架鬆脫＋蓮蓬頭水壓不夠漏水、地毯退色骯髒、清潔不確實、看見房務清潔房間將床單被套浴巾丟在房間地上＋停車地下室地上觀感不佳、附近鳥不生蛋沒有任何東西，房間價格偏高

Great rooms and amenities, but isolated location and mixed service
Pros:

The Room: The room was very spacious, new, and considerable clean.

Amenities: I appreciated that the TV came with VIV TV channels, which offered a decent selection of English movies. Having a water machine available to refill water bottles and free lemon water in the lobby were great, thoughtful touches.

Service: The security guard uncle was incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome whenever we walked in.

Cons:

Front Desk Service: Check-in was a bit disappointing. One of the front desk ladies was quite slow, and while I wouldn't call her rude, she was definitely not polite or friendly.

Room Maintenance: I found some ants on the wall right next to the writing table in our room.

Location: The hotel is located in an industrial area and is a bit far from town. There are very few restaurants and shops nearby, so if you return to the hotel early, there is really nothing to do at night.
