Clean room and linens, location very convenient and close to all that i needed.
The instant heater shower....too hot and faulty
There this this one particular waitress (Deborah) who was friendly, made us feel at home & went out of her way to give us good alternatives to foods that were not available.
The reception team was not friendly. When we checked in we were asked to pay the booking.com value for our stay at $102.6 converted by Kshs 130 to Kshs 13,338. When checking out we were informed that we underpaid & we were told to add an additional Kshs 2,300. This meant that our total stay cost came to $120.3. When I asked for the reason I was informed that online booking costs more than walk-in's and the fact that I used booking.com I am considered a online customer. I have always used booking.com in other hotels & the price stated is what I have always paid, not a cent more.

The breakfast was passable but could be better
An old style hotel in a quiet part of central Eldoret (I’m pretty sure I stayed here 40+ years ago!) which offers no frills accommodation but at a great price. Food (dinner and breakfast) in the on-site restaurant was good, and the well-stocked bar and sitting area, were all positives. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the taxi stands, supermarket and banks etc.
Nothing in particular. The massive bathrooms could do with a facelift but everything worked ok.
General hospitality of the stuff and the meal, I loved every bite I took, and it was worth my stay. Good meal, vibrant stuff member and keen to attending. Salute.
I didn't like that my time came to a mature end, in the near future I will en route myself for more days so that I enjoy the absolute hopistality.

I head informed the reception that I will be leaving early next day in the morning
To put the breakfast for me ready I woke up late and the breakfast was not still ready as the receptionist I also asked if I can get a cup of coffee which I was told it takes time to make a bit so I had to wait. I told them I cannot wait as I have a flight to catch.
I informed the accountant and the manager to refund me my breakfast money, which I was told it is my mistake. I woke up late and they denied all I told the receptionist
The receptionist also lied to me and them that the breakfast was ready no breakfast was ready, but I did not have the time to eat so the manager told they have CCTv cameras they will play and advice me if the breakfast was ready
They told me the breakfast was ready. I asked them then they should’ve given it to me or show me the image of the Cctv camera so I can see the breakfast was ready. Which the manager said they can not share The Cctv images so I understood that they’re lying to me because they don’t want to refund the money back to me
They are just a bunch of liars
I will will not recommend any of my family and friends to stay there
