La posizione fantastica e l'accoglienza è stata davvero ottima.
La colazione non ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Essendo amanti della colazione dolce e della frutta, avremmo preferito trovare una scelta più ampia di questi prodotti. Abbiamo invece notato una maggiore varietà di proposte salate. La camera bella anche se un po' datata...

La località.
Manca il frigo bar in camera.
Il palazzo storico, la vista panoramica, la posizione nel cuore del borgo, l'atmosfera e l'accogluenza del personale. Un luogo ricco di fascino e in un contesto fuori dal mondo, da fiaba.
Dimenticavo la colazione varia, ricca e di ottima qualità.
Poichè tutto è migliorabile, mi limiterò ad esprimere due "consigli" più che critiche.
Delle bottigliette d'acqua in camera, per accogliere gli ospiti al rientro dalla piacevole ma faticosa strada pedonale che si deve percorrere per raggiungere l'albergo. In alternativa il frigo in camera funzionante.
Secondo consiglio: una gestione dei posti auto che consenta agli ospiti dell'albergo, di parcheggiare agevolmente.

Il pagamento a parte del parcheggio ( 24€ due notti ) mi ha dato molto fastidio, anche perché non era segnalato durante la procedura di scelta e succ. pagamento
Hotel je v samem vrhu in centru mesta, kljub temu se dogajanja iz trga v sobo ne sliši. Sobe so čiste, postelja velika in udobna. Hotel je opremljen v starodavnem stilu s kombinacijo sodobne opreme, kar ga naredi zanimivega. Osebje je zelo prijazno, ustrežljivo in hitro odzivno. Prišla sva z motorjem,kjer so tudi poskrbeli za varnost motorja v zaprtem dvorišču stran od glavne ulice. V kolikor pridete z avtom,ga pustite spodaj na parkirišču in vas voznik iz hotela pride iskat in potem odpelje nazaj do avta. Bazen je odličen,ker si sam prižigaš masažne šobe. Zraven pa je tudi zunanja terasa,kjer se lahko sončiš. Zajtrk je bil okusen in raznolik. Večerjala sva tudi v njihovi restavraciji na terasi,kjer imajo za res okusno pripravljeno hrano.
