The view from my room and staff in the hotel
Hotel is in the middle of nowhere,room I stayed in was not clean,bedsheets were dirty,food in coffee shop was inedible,breakfast was mostly made from food they did not sale day or two before and I could go on…
i love the breakfast, complete, and kids love it : indomie, fondae chocolate, pizza, nasi kuning etc. very complete. there's also kids playground and fitness area

We booked 2 nights at this hotel, the first one in the middle of our vacation, and the last one at the end. The hotel was kind enough to store our surfboards during the days that we weren't staying at the hotel, which was really good.
The hotel has a Western modern taste, and the employees are also nice.
The air conditioning on the ground floor is terribly strong, making it a lot colder than all the rest of the hotel spaces.
Both times, our room was close to the elevators, so we listened to the elevator "opening and closing beeps" a lot, which was not so pleasant. There's no need to that loud beep at all...
The staff informed us that there was a new restaurant at the hotel on the 5th floor, so we tried to go there. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud live music, and we decided not to sit. Giving our advice, it's a small restaurant space, so it doesn't even need microphones, especially not to make the music incredibly loud.
The bathroom could also be cleaner since it had staines that would disappear with a deep wash/ scrub. The room floor carpet also has a lot of staines.

The AC in my room was broken and I got upgraded without extra charge.
I was with my family and we did not stay on the same floor. I had to go first to the lobby and let the security tap the elevator card everytime I wanted to visit them. One of our room did not have warm water.
Semua staff nya super ramah n baik, especially ka Nabilla she’s kind n friendly. Kamar bersih, view bagus, semua staf fast respon! Will be back for sure!
