Staff are very friendly & helpful. Coffee was nice. The view at night from the balcony is nice. The quiet area
Does not feel like a 4stars hotel at some part. The door frame came off twice. WiFi not the must reliable at times not good for doing business/work in the room. location claim on the website is misleading, nothing is within walking distance, everything is at least an hour away forcing anyone to require taxi.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht, hervorzuheben sind das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, ein best ausgestatteter Gym, netter Pool, kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter-war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Vielleicht im Gym kleine Handtücher und Desinfektspray samt Tüchern um die Geräte zu reinigen die man benutzt hat

Overall okay! Cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga. Tersedia berbagai macam fasilitas (gratis). Hanya pintu kamar sepertinya harus diperbaiki sedikit karena beberapa kali tersendat. Kunci tidak langsung membuka setelah kartu di-tap. So harus diulang 2x. Sarapannya beragam dan enak. Ada menu nusantara maupun western.
Koordinasi dengan petugas yang melayani massage membutuhkan waktu hampir satu jam..padahal saya sudah request untuk disegerakan karena saya harus check out setelahnya. Konfirmasi dari petugas operator tidak jelas dan tidak ada follow up jam berapa tepatnya petugas massage akan tiba. so saya harus menelpon Operator beberapa kali. Namun masalah dapat segera teratasi, walaupun akhirnya saya harus dengan tergesa-gesa check out.
1. Ketika parkir diarahkan langsung ketempat parkir yang kosong, baru nemu dihotel ini biasanya kita cari sendiri tempat parkirnya, good job👍🏻

1. Kran untuk wudu, dikamar mandi hanya ada kran shower biasanya tipe kran ada kran shower dan kran biasa.
2. Proses check in/out yang kurang efisien.
3. Menu makanan yang kurang variatif karna menginap 4n5d lumayan bosan.
4. Pembatas balkon yang kurang efektif menikmati pemandangan dengan posisi duduk karena terhalang tembok, baiknya balkon dari kaca yang aman tentunya sehingga anak saya mw lihat pemandangan tidak perlu digendong.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere,room I stayed in was not clean,bedsheets were dirty,food in coffee shop was inedible,breakfast was mostly made from food they did not sale day or two before and I could go on…
i love the breakfast, complete, and kids love it : indomie, fondae chocolate, pizza, nasi kuning etc. very complete. there's also kids playground and fitness area
