Ce séjour dans cet hôtel est très décevant. Ils ne méritent absolument pas leur note de 8,1 sur Booking !

Cons:

Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas, elles n’évacuaient pas le papier ni le reste…
Ce problème a était remonté aux personnels qui nous disaient qu’une personne devait venir régler le problème mais le problème était encore présent lors de notre départ…
La douche avait une pression très faible et la température de l’eau oscillait chaud/froid et on avait du mal à la régler.
Il y a des fenêtres avec un simple vitrage, ce qui laisse passer le bruit extérieur, surtout quand on donne sur une rue passante…
Les portes d’entrée des chambres, côté couloir, n’ont pas de poignée donc on doit claquer la portes et cela fait pas mal de bruit le matin et le soir.
En résumé, c’est un vieil hôtel qui n’est pas à jour du minimum de confort que l’on attend pour ce prix là… en comparaison nous avions séjourné juste avant dans un hôtel de même standing et au même prix et cela n’avait rien à voir !

Mucho ruido, las habitaciones están pegadas una al lado de la otra y se escucha absolutamente todo. La gente que limpia, honestamente no limpia… solo tiran vinagre por todos lados, las habitaciones terminan pasadas de olor a vinagre! La gente que fuma en la terraza, te viene todo el olor de cigarrillo a tu habitación. Un desastre

Hotel bonito y acogedor en Colònia de Sant Jordi
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel tiene un estilo levemente anticuado pero eso le suma a su encanto. El desayuno es muy bueno y razonablemente variado. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El personal del hotel fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a la calle principal. Colònia de Sant Jordi es muy caminable y la ubicación céntrica del hotel ayuda a ello. Volvería con gusto!

Cons:

La ducha de mi habitación era muy pequeña.
