Ona Hacienda del Alamo Apartments

Estan muy bien los alojamientos. Aunque el colchón de la habitación que nos toco era horrible.
La zona esta muy bonita y cuidada.

De accomodatie is echt geweldig, je ervaart echt de luxe. Enige minpunt vond ik (maar dat kan ook aan mezelf liggen) dat je niet gelijk weet waar je appartement is en wat de snelste/kortste route is naar de receptie. Voor de rest echt een geweldig complex en zeer luxe appartementen..!!

Very quiet in mid-March - lovely staff, decent food - eat breakfast and dinner at the golf clubhouse, as breakfast very expensive in main restaurant

The websiteis not accurate. You have to pay extra to use the indoor pool and wifi . We cut our stay short as the hotel admitted the website was inaccurate but would not compensate. Made it a very expensive stay . Would not book again

Nice hotel but it was disappointing to see the water in the pool very cold and not even the hot tubs turned on or heated.
I asked the staff several times to turn on the heating of the water in the hot tubs but we were ignored.
They have a spa (indoor pools) but they don’t allow access with kids so the facilities are pointless.
Too expensive hotel not being able to enjoy the facilities.
We also found the access around the pool and rooms with a stroller to be very challenging.

Expensive but very nice to say the least

Great facility but had to wait for long periods to be attended to as very few staff. Phone was not answered a couple of times we called. Communication was a bit difficult as we struggled to understand each other. A beautiful place though and will benefit greatly from improved customer services.

Terrible service and absolutely shocking rooms! The area stinks of PIGS as is surrendered by pig farms, so honestly avoid at all cost. Nothing, absolutely nothing about this hotel is luxurious. I never ever leave bad reviews but I wished I was warned before booking a weekend there. AVOID

Only stayed for two nights, but very happy with the service and hotel in general. Would stay again.

Amazing

Hotel was good but in room facilities were poor. Tea and coffee with no milk?

We had to find the room in the dark on our own and it was not easy especially as it was a very cold and windy evening

Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Indoor pool not available but it didn’t spoil our stay. Highly recommended we will be definitely visiting again soon

Stopped at the hotel as our apartment on HDA was rented out.
Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and clean, impressive grounds and pool and friendly staff. The poolside restaurant a-la-carte is worth a visit, we ate in there 3 nights and the food was amazing for a reasonable price. Only disappointment was breakfast - expensive at €18 each and we found all the items on the hot buffet had gone cold, so we ate elsewhere for breakfast after that.
