Hotel Pelecanus Suites

The room and bathroom were both sparklingly clean and spacious, with excellent quality mattresses and beds. The blinds were useful, but the room tended to get noisy, particularly after 9:30 in the morning when you could hear music playing from the nearby restaurant. Although it's a fantastic location, it might not be the best choice if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep and unwind. Nevertheless, considering the price, it still represents excellent value.i still give them 5 Starts.

Bonjour cette hotel est au centre de holbox ont peut marcher du ferry a l hotel 8 minutes et a la plage aussi 8 minutes epicerie a coter bien centrer propre eau chaude tranquille chambre arriere porte patio piscine et hamac air climatiser et ventilateur employer sont gentil buenos buen ubication del hotel en centro de la isla se puede caminar del ferry 8 minuto y de la playa tambien hay tienda cuarto limpio aire buenas y ventilador tengo puerta de cristal a el lado de la piscina receocion y empleado muy amable sylvain canada

The property was as described in the photos. The pool was very small but not somewhere you would hand out. Definitely recommend!

Pues tuve la mala suerte de que me tocara mal clima, afortunadamente las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy comodas, y cuenta con TV.

Clean, comfortable botique hotel that is centrally located. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy walk to ferry,beaches, and restaurants. I would stay here again!

If the rooms had a small refrigerator then it would have been absolutely perfect!

Todo bien y limpio

Hotel was exactly as it appears in photos. Large rooms with excellent natural light from balcony. Had a small yet perfect pool in the back patio for cooling off in the afternoon. We spent time in the back garden in the hammocks listening to the restaurants music next door. Mario at the front desk was great and was very helpful. Bed was firm yet comfortable. Perfect (and affordable) place for our Holbox trip.

El lugar es pequeño pero confortable, limpio y con buen mantenimiento, quizás me hubiera gustado que hubiera una alberca adecuada en tamaño para refrescarse porque parece más un jacuzzi que alberca, la ubicación es buena, tiene comercios cruzando la calle para cualquier emergencia.

Se entiende que el hotel está en una isla muy en desarrollo y se puede ver afectada por cortes de luz y agua, pero si puede llegar a afectar la experiencia de los huéspedes. A nosotros nos tocó corte de agua y luz varías horas, y esto afectó el funcionamiento de la alberca que fue uno de los motivos por los que rentamos en este lugar. Pero fuera de eso, todo bien, el personal del hotel supo lidiar y compensar esto.

Bien ubicada y cerca de los principales servicios, un detalle que marco nuestra estancia...la alberca siempre estubo sucia, a pesar que la reportamos hasta el último día la limpiaron, estuvimos una semana.
