Perfect hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful, particularly Jayce, Cara and Bram on reception. They were so welcoming and friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff we met from the breakfast team , housekeeping and porters were all very friendly and professional.
The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay there again , absolutely recommend to anyone.

Bon hôtel avec un emplacement idéal pour visiter Hanoi
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé. Très central et calme pour le centre d’Hanoi. Le personnel est très attentionné. Le marché de nuit est à quelques minutes. Toutes les visites peuvent s’effectuer à pied de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre sans vue est une chambre sans fenêtre mais cela nous a ete précisé en amont de l’arrivée. Mais cela n’est pas gênant.

Warm friendly hotel!
Pros:

Very warm welcome by Jayce. He took very good care of us. Super friendly and he speaks very good English! Breakfastroom has a nice view.

Central, clean and quiet
Pros:

One of the best choices in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Central but on a quiet road, everything you may need is just steps away. Rooms and facilities are clean, and breakfast is served on the top floor, which also has a very nice terrace. Special mention to Cara, who was really helpful with anything we asked for!

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Hanoi
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable—right in the historic center, within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter’s main attractions, fantastic street food, shops, and beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

A special thank you to the amazing hosts, Bram and Cara, who truly made our stay memorable. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and tips to discover the best of Hanoi. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Khách sạn siêu sạch sẽ, các bạn lễ tân dễ thương cực kỳ nhiệt tình, đặc biệt bạn Lan rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, bữa sáng cũng chu đáo và hợp khẩu vị, khách sạn chuyên nghiệp, lưu trú cảm giác thoải mái hơn rất nhiều, gần phố cổ và tiện mọi chỗ đi chơi. Lần sau chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!!

Wonderful stay in Hanoi
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at San Boutique Hotel, in Hanoi.

Cara, John, Long and Tom from the Reception were very helpful throughout our stay ❤️

And every morning we would be greeted by Ruby and team for breakfast.

I didnt manage to get the name of the Housekeeping team who helped to keep our room fully stocked and clean, always. So sorry about that but thank you so much, we really appreciate it ❤️

We booked our airport transfer with them, and to depart for the airport at 5:30am. The car arrived on time and the driver is very safe driver.

Cara had also arranged for breakfast to go and she really took care of us from start to finish. Thank you so much ❤️

The balcony is perfect for people watching and enjoying the fresh. It is a good size and not cramped like a few hotels that is on the same street.

The street is not noisy and you have a lot of shopping, food and drinks option nearby.

Also, the location is very good and you can just explore the area on foot walking to St Joseph's Cathedral, Train Street, Post Office. And after a whole day of walking we like to come back to the spa near us for a foot and shoulder massage. The neighbourhood feels safe and is clean.

Cons:

Personally, the hotel wifi is on the slower side, but i have my 5G sim card so i dont need to rely on it. But, for the next phase of upgrades, Management should look into upgrading their wifi speed, if it is possible?
