L'accueil, le personnel souriant et serviable à tout moment. À notre arrivée, l'hôtel étant dans une rue interdite au voitures, le taxi nous a déposé à 100m et le personnel est venu nous chercher et prendre nos bagages. Je les ai informé que c'était un cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma fille ils avaient pri soin de faire une belle déco dans la chambre et de lui ramener un beau gâteau d'anniversaire. Partant à sapa pour quelques jours, ils ont gentiment gardés nos bagages. Lors du départ tôt dans le matin, ils ont préparé des breakfast box. L'emplacement top top, plein de salons de massages, de café, de restaurants dans la rue de l'hôtel, accès direct au lac... Tout tout.. On reviendra sûrement.

Place was great, customer service was best we've had.
Pros:

The property was awesome, nice and comfortable. Enough space to move around. There was Netflix on the TV and amenities was taken care of. I think the highlight of this was Cara - she was our go-to person for communication ever since we booked the hotel. She gave us great recommendations, places to eat, things to do, ATMs to visit with the lowest fees. She helped sort out many things for us. Definitely some of the best customer service out there!

Best Stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Amazing staff. Mia, Cara and the 3 guys made it an amazing stay. We were staying somewhere else before here and we wished we had booked our entire trip at the san boutique hotel. We had an early flight the next morning and would miss breakfast and the guys packed a breakfast for it for the airport which was amazing. Thank you so much !

Pros:

Colazione a buffet ottima; posizione eccezionale, in una piccola via silenziosa e poco trafficata, nonostante l'adiacenza al lago e alla Old Town; staff gentilissimo, che fa sentire a casa.

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

We stayed in San Boutique Hotel for 5 nights. Cara and the team were absolutely amazing! They were so accomodative, everything we needed was provided in a second. The hotel was so clean. The location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with different options. The smile on staff faces every time we entered the lobby was priceless. Thank you all for a nice stay.
