Wonderful staff Mia and Cara made sure we were taken. Care of and all of our needs met. Also breakfast and staff wonderful. The location is in the heart of the old quarter

Zeer goed ontbijt en net bij het old quarter maar gelukkig ook naast het ( voor ons veel aantrekkelijker) French Quarter. Dus voor beide plekken een goede keuze
Het personeel is erg behulpzaam.
We hadden via booking.com tien minuten van tevoren een kamer geboekt. Zo werkt het reservering systeem echter niet op die korte termijn en tegen een meerprijs hebben we een andere (zeer fijne) kamer aangenomen.
L’ospitalità dei ragazzi della reception è sensazionale! La struttura inoltre è in una posizione strategica e molto comoda per girare Hanoi. Noi abbiamo visto tutti i luoghi girando a piedi senza ausilio di mezzi! Camera piccolina ma funzionale, pulitissima e con letti molto comodi. La colazione anche ottima! Super consigliato

Our stay at San Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay.
Honestly, nothing significant. Everything exceeded our expectations. If I had to mention one thing, the street can get a little busy during peak hours, but that’s part of the charm of staying in the heart of Hanoi and did not affect our overall experience.
We liked the attentive staff and the way they interact and always are on hand to help or give advice. We loved our quiet room, even if we did not have window as this meant quiet night without constant noise of traffic. We liked the breakfast and the fact that management gone extra mile to ensure we are feeling well after initial complaint about room In different sister hotel.
Majority of transactions in Vietnam are cash only but in hotels you should expect wider acceptance for card payments without adding these extra 3-5%.
