Altus Hotel Baku - Free Massage

The hotel is cloesed but still advertising on internet and when you go to the hotel they will send you to different hotel which is very dirty and very bad area staff ignores you all the time they even don’t provide a water you have to ask them hundred times to get a water

The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious. the bed was comfortable , The location was close to city making it convenient for exploring. exceeded my expectations, would happily stay again!

Skip the breakfast

Don't arrive early in the morning otherwise you will find yourselves waiting till 2 pm to check in . We arrived at 9am in the morning and although we asked if we could pay early check in we were told there were no rooms so we had to wait till 2pm on the dot to get a room. We weren't the only ones sleeping in the lobby. Room service is a bit random and breakfast is terrible. Saying that the staff try their best and can be helpful and friendly.

Nice budget hotel

This is 2nd time i stayed i I'd not liked location is very good last time free breakfast i did same way booked they said no breakfast included.

I book with breakfast because in was free breakfast when I arrived there staff said not breakfast in clouded

That place is filthy, end of story!

No lo recomiendo. Comoramos una suite, con vista a la ciudad. Nos entregan llave a un cuarto ya ocupado, la próxima a un cuarto con vista a pared y todo el techo lleno de hongo. Al pasar al FD nos questionan el pq queremos una suite. Si la suite tiene varias camas y solo somos dos. Le indico que fue por lo que pague. Nos entrega la llave. Al llegar a la habitacion correcta, la misma no tiene, toallas. Se solicita. Poco antes de las 8pm por telefono, se solicitan a las 8:30 en FD e indican que a las 9:30 traen el laundry. No fue hasta las 11:30pm que HK entrega las mismas. La habitacion Master tiene ventana que entra la luz del pasillo y no tiene cortina. El agia en ducha el calor y frio es intermitente. Poco sentido de seguridad en baño. Toallera rota, ducha tiene piezas sueltas. No es un 5 estrellas como en el rótulo de la foto es un 2. En fin pesimo hotel.

I don’t like nothing in this hotel

The property was a two-star, so no luxury was expected, however basic cleanliness and service was. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and seemed to think that customers should apologize for reaching out to them. It was a struggle to get basic service like clean towels, toilet paper or even a desk chair. I stayed there for two weeks, and my sheets were not changed once. My room smelled like a smokers lounge (despite the hotel claiming it was non-smoking throughout), the bath room had plumming issues and reaked of sewage. Again, the worst was the fact the the staff overwhelmingly did not seem to care. Ok for a night or two if you have no other alternative, but would not stay there again,

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. The staff doesn't even say hello, they don't even raise their heads when you approach them.
