Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First room we was given, hadn’t been cleaned. Stained tissues on the floor. Duvet was on the floor in a ball.
We was then given another room key to leave our stuff in which was actually someone else’s room! Finally got given one clean room out of 5 we booked, to leave our stuff in then went out. We got back that evening, still had to wait to be given the rest of the room keys. The owner used the master key to let himself into our room!
At 11:30pm the owner asked for payment, which we had on card ( details were given in advance on booking) I went to pay and he said it was cash only, obviously there was nowhere open to get cash out. Eventually we were allowed to do bank transfer. The day we left, they have now tried to take money from my bank saying we were a no show! I really wish we were no shows! As the hotel, staff, cleanliness on the rooms, were absolutely vile!

HEALTHY AND SAFTEY HAZARD! The worst place we have stayed. Rooms are tiny and not a ‘double room’. The bathroom you have to walk sideways in, can’t close the door if using the toilet. There was fag ash and dust in the mugs so unable to use them. Can hear Every time someone opens or closes the door and the people next door conversations. THIS IS NOT WORTH £80PER ROOM!

I visited the property on 30 of may for one night only ....
I haven't never stayed in a room that falls apart and a bathroom where you can only use the shower side ways ....
The receptionist was friendly and so does the housekeeper .
The only clean things in the room where the sheets .
Location wise was fantastic but really for £80.00 is was a joke .
Of course I won't never stay there again ,I only booked it because it was the only place available location wise .

Reasonably priced, decent sleep and great service. Really up and coming and will defo stay again. Chris and the girls were extremely helpful.

In all honesty, I would never bother again. Utter shambles and quite horrid.
I only stayed here as everywhere else was fully booked and an extortionate price. I would have been better off sleeping in the car.
Don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly, but it is a shocker!

Heating was on full blast on the hottest day of the year shower didn’t work stunk of cannabis everywhere

Poor throughout. No breakfast. No parking. Toilet seat broken. Wifi didn't work. Room so small, it was like playing Tetris just to fit our bags in. No room for a chair. Only room for one bedside table.
Couldn't sleep because of the screaming and fighting of the pissed-up holidaymakers in the vicinity.
Shoddy

We paid 320 for 2 nights for2 rooms there is no fridge in rooms as stated and no bath as stated no common room. But workers did try hardest to fix everything breaking such as no tv ariel shower door handles breaking and curtain pole falling down. Couldnot shower as water just stayed boiling hot. Sink also had blood spat down it not cleaned and shower was filthy. One bed had blood on sheets but they did change it asap

Property is in very good location. Renovation is in progress rooms are okay just no fridge or cold place to cool drinks . And if is not sea side view.... better don’t open your curtains roof with 2 m distance other people windows and bin containers downstairs.

We had to forfit the money we paid we couldnt stay there it was awful .It was like a hostal no lock on the door no tv sheet hang at the window. No cups tea bags etc just thrown on a shelf.bathroom was so small you woulnt be able to dry in there after a shower.No parking stairs going to rooms were i thought dangerous . They did offer us a upgrade but that wasnt much better and could smell smoke were people obviously smoked in the rooms awful place to stay. I wish i got photos but we was so shocked i just wanted to cry .

This property is run unprofessionally. In my opinion it is a serious fire, health and safety risk, unclean, and unworthy to be called or sold at any price as a hotel.
I am surprised it is on your listings? They did not even have our redervation.

Nice hotel fit for purpose.
Its was a work trip and had to be in the area

dirty, damaged walls, doors, damaged furniture. shower and toilet very dirty and damaged. mold in the bathroom and room , very bad smell in the whole building

Friendliest staff you could come across. Rooms themselves are what you pay for, but very clean, comfy bed, warm, plenty towels, tea and coffee, even shampoo and conditioner. Bargain stay. Don’t expect the Ritz, you get a welcome stay without the glitz

I don't really know what to say about this place. Yes it was very cheap but needs improvement. Room 3 very cold, heating inadequate, awful draft from windows. Dirty shower (but hot), toilet hardly flushes, dirty cup, tv stand broke so tv was on the floor with about 3 bbc channels working, a previous guests pants shoved down the side of the bed and someones pot pipe on the wardrobe.

No fridge or wifi, not that this bothers me but shouldn't be advertised if not available.

The only reason I would stay here again is if absolute desperate.

People smoked weed in the rooms and there was a heavy smell everywhere. There was no bin in the room and the cups were dirty. Guests didn't get a code for the entrance unless they ask - how would you know you should ask about it? So there were 4-5 people who couldn't come home after a night out because the card was not enough to open the front door so they rang and shouted and banged on door under our room and I ended up walking up and down on the stairs at night to let them in. Otherwise the employees were kind and we just wanted a short break very cheaply and we got that so it's all good eventually.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. At the moment its in process of refit. Very close to local amenities.
