Property is very near to main road and good condition very clean and new enough parking space available, rooms are clean or good condition

Cons:

The reception staff was very rude and unhelpful. They gave me a room where the fan was not working properly. I called the staff and showed them the problem, but they said, “No one has ever complained about it before. Only you are saying this.” They also told me that there were no other rooms available and that I had to stay in the same room. Only after I said I would mention this in my feedback did they finally change my room.

Misrepresentations at its peak.
Pros:

The linen was so dirty that white sheet almost look black. Rooms were not at all matching as shown in pictures.

Cons:

Nothing but the advise to book some other hotel.

The front desk person was reluctant to help and said staff not therr may be in an hour.
