A pasos del metro, en un barrio que sorprende por su carácter más bien local, que turístico. El personal es muy amable. Y tienen lavadoras/secadoras con monedas en las mismas instalaciones.
Bon emplacement, station à moins de 2 minutes à pied, calme, personnel accueillant et propre.
Comme partout au Japon, pas de réel volet permettant de couper toutes rentré de lumière quand le soleil se lève.
The location.
This is certainly not a 4star hotel quality. I have stayed in many hotels over years of travelling around the world, and also seen other hotels in Japan. My family and I stayed here for four nights and despite the cleanliness, it was definitely not 4star quality and we felt deceived that it is advertised and sold as 4star when it should be a 3 star. This is because of the following reasons:
1. No phone in the room! This is even a safety concern when they expect guests to go next to the lift to use the phone. There isn’t even an emergency button to call for help if you need it from the room.
2. No safe in the room.
3. Bassinet of the shower and sink are shared! You have to switch and turn the same pipe to use in the shower or sink.
4. Amenities are very limited (toothbrush, very cheap slipper and comb) and they are not even in the room. You have to pick them from reception.
5. The other 4 star hotels we stayed in Japan all provided robes and pyjamas in the room. None of these were available in this hotel room. We got pyjamas after we asked reception.
6. Breakfast options are very limited and were low quality. E.g., chocolate pastry was squashed, looking like it was just pushed out of packaging and dropped onto the serving dish. The plain yoghurt was placed right under the bread, so there were bread crumbs in the yoghurt, making it highly unattractive to eat!
7. Breakfast was meant to end by 10:00. My daughter was just finishing her food but the staff approached us and said breakfast is closed. She had to leave her breakfast unfinished and we felt very uncomfortable.
8. We were so unmotivated by the breakfast that we even skipped it a few times.

チェックして トイレ使用したら ウォシュレットが きかなくて 外出する前に その事を伝えると すぐに部屋替えをしてくれました。(一晩ぐらい 使用できなくても 大丈夫なのに) (笑) それと 一番のお気に入りは、南海電車や地下鉄メトロに 近くて便利な ところです。
