Cons:

I checked in 7th Jan and checked out 8th as had medical emergency in family. My check out was on 9th and paid in advanced late check out for 9th till evening 05:30Pm, Receptionist said will check with manager but nothing was done and email I sent not been answered. They never got in touch with me neither refunded anything. I felt management is careless , ingnorant and unprofessional.
