El personal muy atento y accesible. Me equivoqué en las fechas de la reserva y fue muy accesible. Extravié mi celular y fue de gran utilidad para recuperarlo. La decoración muy bonita y el cuarto lleno de detalles.
Pillows in my room were horrible and it was the master suite I do not understand. Very poor linen choice for a “luxury boutique hotel”. Absolutely no pressure in the shower and this was all three days. The bottled waters in room were never replaced and there was no mini fridge much less room service. They did offer to bring up breakfast for an extra charge of course. Do not forget to pack your insect repellent and your earplugs.

La habitación espantosam obscura. La casa es linda, A nuestra habitación le falta remodelar el baño, la piedra de la regadera se ve súper vieja. Las amenidades escasas, las toallas súper usadas. La verdad no vale lo que cuesta.
Me gustó que está bien ubicada y bonita.
No me gustó que tiene el loft separado del hotel, se escucha mucho el ruido exterior en esa área.

This was one of the most magical places I have ever stayed. It's a small paradise that you enter and it feels like it's just for you. The attention to detail, the loving care and reverence for the history of the place, coupled with the gorgeous design and modern sensibilities, was perfection. The location was close to everything. I love Casa No Name and will stay nowhere else when I return.
Para lo que cobran esta espantoso, la habitacion es bonita pero no limpiaron ninguna ves, me cobraron 10,000 pesos de retencion, y 2,500 por un late checkout. Si te quedas en los Lofts no esta en el hotel de las fotos, esta como a 8 minutos caminando y no tienes nada de amenidades mas que un jacuzzi miniatura que con partes con los demas cuartos.
Ahorrense el hosepdaje quedense mejor en Casa Arca
It was clean and I had a great room. Felt like management nickel and dimed us which was very off putting. Although you have a Nespresso machine in your room you only have one complementary coffee pod and if you want more it costs you appx $3.5 a small pod. Their complementary breakfast is a cup of coffee and a slice of banana nut bread and is not served till 9:00. Nice place and nice front counter people but feels strict and stingy
Muy bien solo un detalle que en la página decía estacionamiento gratis ( por eso reservé ahí) y después me lo querían cobrar, pero todo se arreglo muy bien , muy limpio el hotel

Fabulous oasis with true charm and historic ambiance. Staff went above and beyond. Classy all around with good breakfast and a terrace. Only issue was low water pressure in shower. I would be delighted to return.

Me hicieron el cargo sin mi autorización antes del tiempo pactado. Te mandan a unos cuartos que no están en el hotel principal. En el primer cuarto la cama era tamaño queen y después me cambiaron a otro con cama king pero rechinaba todo el tiempo además que se escucha todo el ruido de las máquinas del jacuzzi. La verdad el hotel no vale ni cerca lo que se paga
Reservé en el hotel Casa No Name con suficiente anticipación, seleccione el tipo de habitación. 3 días antes de mi arribo me envían un correo indicando que mi reservación era en Lofts by Casa No Name. Por más que les dije que no había reservado en lofts no hubo manera de hacerlos cambiar de su postura. Hay varias incomodidades de estar en lofts como estar en otra ubicación, no tener recepción, no tener servicio de restaurante, si hay un problema con las instalaciones hay que reportar al hotel y esperar a que se trasladen. El desayuno incluido es una burla. Ofrecen SPA y no lo tiene, lo que terminan ofreciendo estando ahí es que te consiguen quien de el servicio en tu habitación. Ofrecen estacionamiento gratis e intentaron cobrarme 600 pesos de estacionamiento por día.
Uno reserva en un hotel y estas personas terminan enviándote a un departamento en otra ubicación.
Son unos abusivos y mentirosos.
La historia de la propiedad forma parte del patrimonio cultural del país. Un mural magnífico y que conserva su originalidad, cubre el interior del hotel llenándolo de magia y cultura.
Fueron dos dias espectaculares, una atención excelente, un ambiente increíble. Ganas de pasar tiempo en el ambiente del hotel, solo extender a las 11 pm el horario del bar
