We were walking from the monorail along the walkway and the bell boy and concierge noticed use and ran to come get our bags from 40m away.
That was just the start.
The service, the hospitality, the in room amenities, the free top in room top ups, the pool, the roof top view, the room allocation level 45-01 and 45-02.
When they realised our departure flight was late evening they offered free of charge a late check out without even asking. I cant explain in words to truly reflect how much this ment to us.

I can go on for days. It was 1 of maybe 3 best hotels ive stayed at in my entire life. Its not just about it looks great, its the people who are part of the bigger picture that makes it truly an unforgettable experience.
I will definately be looking to stay here again with no hesitation.

EQ is strategically located in the Golden Triangle, in close proximity to many dining & shopping options.
Was there for a 3 night stay, celebrating my 80th birthday. Received a very warm welcome from the staff at reception. Ben was particularly welcoming, warm, helpful & made sure my stay would be flawless.
The Premier King room we were upgraded to was spacious & had everything in its place. It was obvious that maintenance is tip top.
Breakfast was delicious from the various stations. Really spoilt for choice. Fruits were plentiful & varied. Can see their quality & freshness.
Every staff member we met was most helpful & willing to go out of the way to please even when they were busy with so many guests.
Their Etoile,, Nipah, Kampachi & Sabayon serve delicious food with impeccable service. Sabayon is particularly special for their dinner enjoyed on the 51st floor with splendid views.
The highlight was how they gave me a great surprise in the room when we returned from dinner. There was a huge floral display with gorgeous roses, a tray of longevity buns & even balloons.
EQ definitely is very serious about excellent guest relations, hospitality at its best & doing their utmost to please guests.
Strongly recommend this as a venue to celebrate birthdays & other occasions coz you can trust them completely to arrange perfectly the event.

The comfiest bed I have ever slept in… ever. After a very long and arduous flight, I needed a great nights sleep and that’s precisely what I received. The room was beautiful, overlooking the Petronas Twin towers. A spectacular welcome for my first time in Malaysia.

I made use of the gym and spa facilities which were also really nice. I was also given complimentary late checkout which was appreciated greatly. Breakfast was amazing! As a European I am in constant search of tea and coffee 😅, and the cappuccino was absolutely delicious.

When I was leaving I was chatting to one of the doormen who was very friendly, and it really passed the time while I waited for my taxi.

The only little things I would mention, is some of the bathroom taps etc may need updating. The shower hose on the bath is quite short which makes it difficult to wash your hair, and the button mechanism to get the shower on didn’t work properly, nor did the bath plug. The air conditioning was also a little bit noisy.

I stayed in a deluxe double room with twin tower view.

EQ hotel is absolutely amazing. The service from the staff is second to none.

Treat yourself to the Equator Club – you will not be disappointed! Personalised check in on floor 50 with amazing views. Excellent for breakfast, high tea and evening snacks and drinks (including alcohol). The Equator Club experience was the icing on our great stay. Highly recommended.

Vom check in bis zum check out einfach perfekt. Das personal ist extrem freundlich und man hat das Gefühl das jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen wird.Die Lounge ist sehr empfehlenswert. Spa Bereich ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich - Massagen perfekt.

If you’re looking for an enjoyable stay in KL, this is one of the top recommendations that I can guarantee you. Ms MJ, who’s one of the hotel front desk managers, has been very helpful throughout our stay here. We were here in EQ this time for our wedding event and we took the studio suite. If you do fancy wine/alcohol beverages along with light condiments in a breathtaking city view, you shouldn’t miss the sundowners and hors d’oeuvres session (held between 5.30-7.30pm, at level 50). It was a phenomenal experience for the both of us, definitely will return to EQ one day!

I had a pleasant stay at EQ's deluxe twin room. The location was within walkable distance of pavillion mall and the monorail station. The room was spacious and felt cool upon arrival. Little touches like the controllable blackout blinds being situated near the bed, along with night lights and most of the light switches showed that the hotel prioritised guest experience. The bathtub and rainshower was also a delight to use. The highlight for me was the bed - it was the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The hotel's pool offered a nice view of the city and the gym was very well equipped and spacious. Again, little touches like having infused water, apples, towels and wet wipes at the gym, and beach towels, infused water and even sunblock at the pool area made me feel valued as a guest.

Service was also great, from being warmly greeted at breakfast to having the front desk accommodate my request for late checkouts as best as they can - shout-out to Karan and Aliff, the whole stay was a delight. I will definitely be returning again.

Have great dinner buffet. The food is very delicious. The seafood very fresh especially oyster and prawns. Love the dessert very much.

This hotel is next level! Extraordinary service, amazing breakfast, fabulous rooms and such warm and friendly staff! Special mention for Aliff who provided us with late check-out and access to the beautiful amenities on level 29, including the extraordinary infinity pool. Also you must experience the divine Sky 51!!

As a frequent traveler, I had heard and read excellent reviews for this hotel, all were true. This is an exceptional hotel both from the atmosphere, the rooms, the service, the concierge, the staff, the amenities, the location, the restaurants and of course the views. And yet compared with other major city hotels, it is great value. And don't forget to use the spa, Sanctum, again deserving of the accolades. Everything about this hotel is outstanding. I look forward to visiting this hotel again, the sooner the better.
