Outstanding Hotel close to KLCC and walking distance to most attractions.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff excellent. Room spotless. Breakfast also wonderful. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks in mini bar were a lovely surprise.

Cons:

Only negative feedback would be that the (admittedly, great) shower, because of a poor door seal (in both rooms we booked) did have a propensity to flood the bathroom!

Great stay, and I will come back again
Pros:

Walkable to KLCC, Bukit Bintang and major shopping sites. Facilities are superb and breakfast spread is amazing. Rooms are large and the service is immaculate.

Cons:

The conditioner makes my hair really hard.

Excellent Hotel in KL
Pros:

The staff are exceptional — I cannot overstate how genuinely helpful and kind everyone at EQ is. The room was spacious, spotless, and furnished to a high standard with quality touches throughout. As we travelled during Ramadan, we chose to dine at Nipah while guests were breaking fast, and the menu was excellent. Compliments to the chef, who is not only talented but also a truly delightful person. The pool on the 29th floor is superb, and the Sanctum Spa is absolutely worth a visit — wonderfully relaxing and beautifully run. The location is very close to the conference centre and the Pavillion shops. Its all perfect.

Cons:

The bar on the 51st floor is clearly aimed at a younger crowd. We found the music far too loud and the atmosphere more brash than relaxing. It reminded us of Ce La Vi at Marina Bay Sands — another venue that didn’t suit our taste.

Enjoyable but with reservations regarding staff, especially in bar areas and public spaces.
Pros:

Location is good, gym was very good - one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Comfortable room with excellent soundproofing.

Cons:

All staff were friendly and helpful - however, we couldn't walk more than a few steps without a member of staff bowing their heads and holding their hands on their hearts, which indicated overstaffing. This seemed to be the sole function for some members of staff and is therefore reflected in the price that guests pay. Nice, but unnecessary.
