A very nice hotel in a great location. We were given a room with a view of the Petronas Towers, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is comfortable, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the service was excellent. There are also good options for dinner in the hotel. Most of the main sights are nearby and easy to reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that they extended our stay at a good rate when our flight was cancelled.

Die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Petronas Towers waren hervorragend, großes Zimmer und auch sehr großes Bad (wir hatten ein Eckzimmer) - traumhafter Blick auf die Skyline. Bequeme Betten, angenehmer Service. Wir liebten den Pool, vor allem den Hot Tub. Auch das Gym war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für Krafttraining geeignet. Besonders fanden wir das Spa, mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Regendusche. Insgesamt tolles Hotel.
Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
Everything. From the friendliness of the staff throughout our stay. The room was of a very good size and with views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was excellent with a very extensive choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again. And brought my wife a lovely cake and rose for her birthday. Free refreshments and snacks in the fridge.

Das EQ liegt extrem zentral unweit vom KLCC. Wir hatten ein Premier King Infinity Zimmer — dieses Zimmer bietet einen 180-Grad Panoramablick auf die Stadt (u. a. die Petronas Towers und den KL Tower) und ist mit allen Vorzügen und Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, um den Aufenthalt in diesem fantastischen Hotel so luxuriös wie möglich zu machen. Die Minibar war gratis und wurde uns täglich frisch ausgefüllt. Das Bett war extrem bequem und so platziert, dass man für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht einmal das Bett verlassen musste.
Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit — vom Portier über den Check-In bis hin zur Wäscherei und dem Zimmerservice hatten wir durchwegs mit äusserst herzlichen Mitarbeitenden zu tun.
Alles hervorragend — ich wünschte, wir wären länger geblieben.
