I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur! The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with everything conveniently within reach, including KLCC and Pavilion. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet, with an incredible variety of delicious, high-quality food. The dining experience overall was outstanding, and I would highly recommend their buffet even to those not staying at the hotel. A truly wonderful five-star experience!

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had no complaints. Everything met my expectations, and I would happily return.

Very high quality hotel in the upper floors of this building, breakfast excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was spectacular, a mix of local dishes and very good standard fare

Cons:

The staff hovering around the lift to 'help' you with shopping or bringing back dry-cleaning in my case once, are very irritating. I don't like staff over fussing. In one case I thought I was being propositioned! Breakfast queues really can be very long of you choose the wrong time.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches, leckeres Frühstück. Das Restaurant, wo das Frühstück serviert wird, ist wirklich eine sehr angenehme Location, mit schöner Atmosphäre. Pool auf dem 50. Stock mit netter Aussicht, vor allem abends. war wirklich sehr schön.
