Unpleasant situations with staff
Pros:

The property is beautiful although a bit impersonal, but in in line with this kind of accommodation. We experienced some unpleasant occasions such as maintenance works at the swimming pool during daytime and an awkward situation with the Kampachi’s staff during our dinner there (we were with some friends dining at Kampachi restaurant insieme the property and digital payments were allegedly out of service, so the staff asked to charge all the bill to our room in front of our friends - it was so embarrassing). I would expect the staff to be more professional for this kind of 5 star hotel.

Très bonne situation et super petit déjeuner
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner et magnifique piscine ! Nous y avons logé deux nuits avant de parcourir la Malaisie pendant 1 mois ! On en garde un très bon souvenir !

Pros:

Great service by the staff. Very prompt and amicable. Stunning view from the room.

Cons:

Few amenities were a bit out of wack but got fixed once reported. Room Entertainment unit was not great. No Netflix and No YouTube 😟

An excellent stay would very much recommend, the service was welcoming and excellent, room amazing.
Pros:

The EQ exceeded our expectations, great location, incredible room with panoramic views, amazing food and facilities, excellent service. we can't think of any real areas for improvement
