Relaxing environment in city center
Pros:

Facilities are nice. Breakfast was extensive. Staff are nice and we checked in early.

Cons:

51 bar not as valuable as compared to what other hotels in the center has to offer.

Incredible hotel
Pros:

Views are amazing. Recommend booking a room with Petronas Towers view. Rooftop bar has fab views at night. Hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are incredibly helpful. Good breakfast choice. Pool and facilities on floor 29 are fabulous.

Cons:

They close the pool when it rains which is fair enough. However once it stops it takes them too long to re-open the pool. Hotel opposite had theirs in use and we had to wait 30 minutes.

La propreté des chambre et l’espace est top

Cons:

À la piscine de l’hôtel il mettent 1h20 à servir un croque monsieur et des œufs brouiller. Le lendemain j’ai demander des œufs dur qui était stipuler dans un menu breakfast américain mais j’ai demander seulement les deux œuf dur bah écouter il mon facturer deux œuf a 20e sa fait cher les œufs un établissement comme ça ne peux ni se permettre de mettre une heure trente à servir deux portions ridicule ni être au point niveau service. De plus pour des chambres qu’on a payer 300e la nuit il pourrais au moins y avoir netflix dans les chambres on a acheter plusieurs câble d’alimentation qui non pas fonctionner sur la tv. C’est des détails comme ça qui font tt la différence

اجمل اقامة في كوالالمبور الموقع، النظافة، فخامة المبنى والغرف، ادوات الاستحمام، المراتب والاغطية كل شي مريييح وفخم ونظيف جدا جدا جدا
تعامل الموظفين بكل احترافية وبشاشة، الفطور لذييذ ومتنوع والشيف كلهم محترفين
الفندق يستاهل اكثر من 5 نجوم وحلال فيه كل ريال تدفعه
