Long line up for checking in. The Bar on the roof top 7th floor can hear down to 3rd floor and my Family cannot sleep properly.

Amazing!
Pros:

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and enjoyable.

A special mention to Rabbi, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. He was always welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay.

I would also like to personally thank Mahfuz from the laundry team for the excellent service. He was extremely professional, reliable, and attentive, always ensuring everything was handled promptly and to a very high standard.

The quality of service from the entire team made a real difference to my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you to Rabbi, Mahfuz, and the whole team for the excellent hospitality!

Dont Book This Hotel

Cons:

Check in is late in this hotel and starts at 3 pm but even after 3 pm long line of guests to check in and staff did not care about them. Work slowly in one counter only (3 counter in reception). Check out is 12, so there is 3 hours to prepare the rooms, but some of them were not ready and guest were waiting more to check in.
The sofas in the room were dirty and had many stains.
Swimming pool working time finish around 6:30 pm. On the other hand no chance to use the pool in the evenings
Hotel is 5 stars but the services, facilities and even the staff behaviour is not match with that rating. Could be 3 starts or less
Executive suit in the booking page is a big room with good facilities. But in reality it was several small connected areas. Restroom was bigger than sitting area. Limited facility in the room and even hair dryer is not available in the room and need to order! No minibar and no other basic things.
Breakfast wasnormal with limited items, not fresh mostly
Location is beside old airport and sometimes a big noise of airplanes in the room. Far from down town or any tourist attractions
Careless staff and it seems there is no minitoring, assesment or control on staff and the do not care about guests.
