I told them I had a reservation and they asked me what company I was with and I told them hotels.com they checked and with a bad attitude they told me I didn't have one and I showed them where I had the reservation and even then they told me I didn't have any reservation and I asked them why they said that if I was showing them the reservation and with a bad face they gave me the room and I asked them if they had service to call a taxi for me in the morning and they told me no that they didn't do that the manager at the time Estefany and the next day another woman was there and she told me if they did have taxi service so I don't know what problem Estefany had for refusing me the hotel services

Excelente hotel, poco visible pero accesible, a lado hay un estacionamiento ya que el del hotel no se encuentra en la misma calle

Todo bien, pero le hace falta ventanas a las habitaciones ya q es un lugar cerrado.

The only downfall was that the room does not have windows. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they could be. They did bring a portable air conditioner, Since it was extremely hot while we were there. The air conditioner block the stairs to go upstairs to the second bedroom and it was just really noisy. But I do appreciate that there was an air conditioner. The front gates, so that not just anyone can walk in you do have to ring the bell and they will let you in. I was able to meet family live there grandson. He said it was his great great grandparents home and he was happy that the honor by leaving some of the tiles intact and the staircase. It was nice to hear the family history.

Fisicamente es hermoso el lugar su oersonal muy atento, pero el hecho de no tener A/A en las habitaciones y no contar con estacionmiento propio, lo hacen un lugar..NADA RECOMENDABLE..De hospedarce ahi..No brindan el confort adecuado..

El hotel esta muy bonito, el desayuno incluido también esta muy bien. Bien ubicado.

La ubicación era incorrecta, el estacionamiento esta retirado del hotel. Algunos de los empleados desconocían ciertos temas del hotel.

Excelente Hotel pero no para viajeros que quieren pasar mucho tiempo en su habitación, no hay cable, solo Netflix y youtube, la habitación es amplia pero no descomunal, solo un cuarto, el mejor, tiene ventanas a la calle, el resto no.

Very cute place and great location. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Towels need to be replaced. The only thing that I noticed was a deal breaker for me was that there was a lot of hair everywhere on the floor. As if someone had just checked out minutes before I checked in.

I had a truly terrifying experience. While taking a shower, I was shocked by electricity. My toddlers were with me at the time, and I could have easily died as a result of this dangerous malfunction. When I reported the issue to the people at reception, they seemed to brush it off as if it was no big deal and simply offered to let me shower somewhere else. To make matters worse, their attitude was rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by their lack of concern for my safety and the safety of my children. I can't believe that they would be so cavalier about such a serious issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service and complete lack of concern for the safety and comfort of their guests.

Excellent location! Very spacious room. Good WiFi. Bit of an odd configuration, some rooms open right to the lobby, but there weren't many guests during my stay. Breakfast around the corner at another one of their hotels, very good. Courteous staff. Would have liked a key to the main door to open at night instead of having to knock.
