Pillows were hard
Very friendly staff, comfortable. On the edge of the historical part of Norwich rather than in the middle of it.
Problem with a lack of extractor fan in our bathroom should not have happened and was not addressed during our three-night stay (to be fair, it was Easter weekend, but the extractor was hanging from the ceiling and should have been fixed before).
There is an old part and a rather functional newer part of accomodation - be sure to get a room in the old part.

This was our third stay in St Giles. Although the rooms are very clean with comfy beds, it looks tired. Could do being re-decorated.

The hotel was a pleasure to stay at you will find newer hotels and maybe smarter hotels but you will not find a hotel with staff that are as friendly as they are good.The restaurant was a dream the location is right in the centre of Norwich. I have not the words of praise I can give the manager and all of the staff 10 out of 10 is the only fault I wish I could give them more.
The car park is a bit of a pain but if you follow the hotels instructions you’ll be fine.

The location in the centre of Norwich was fabulous, close to everything you needed. The parking behind the hotel is convenient and not badly priced. We had a spacious comfortable room with a good shower. Breakfast was great with a variety of options and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A very nice hotel.
