There were cobwebs in the bedroom
L'emplacement est parfait dans une rue où il y a beaucoup de choix de bons restaurants, bien placé pour les visites de monument, avec le parking (frais supplémentaires) c'est vraiment pratique . La décoration a été refaite pour etre à la fois confortable et agréable. Terrasse agréable également. Le personnel est au petit soin sans en faire trop. La qualité des repas, petit déjeuner super copieux aussi, et nous y sommes restés 6 jours donc nous avons eu l'occasion de tester beaucoup de possibilités dans cet hotel (sauf le spa!!)
Nous avons eu un souci avec un reflux dans la salle de bain. Nous avons donc du changer de chambre mais une avons eu une chambre plus grande avec une jolie baignoire même si elle n'avait pas été rénovée (bruit de la rue perceptibles)

Just a bit hard to find the car park; but the video provided helped a lot.
Perfect location fir a theatre trip. Plenty of breakfast/brunch options. Receptionist booked a return taxi for us. (To the train station). Lovely spacious room.
Tiny niggle - we had the disabled room so sink really low for two tall people.
Great location and nice building. The breakfast was brilliant and the rooms were nice and quiet despite an event going on downstairs. But the best bit was the staff. They were all wonderful and couldn’t have done more to help
Some of the decor is a bit tired but I found it charming
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable, lovely to have antique furniture in the room.
Parking at rear of property awkward to find, also could do with better warning for the amount of stairs in the building, ok for most, but for knee sufferers, was not great. Not just normal stairs, as the building is old with varying levels.
Great breakfast, excellent quality.
