The directions to the car park are hard to understand so we had to leave the car in a town car park and walk to their car park so we knew where to go

Lovely old building centrally located. Comfortable room and whilst the car park is not the easiest to find the instructions provided were clear and to have a car park located in the centre was a real bonus. An the Irish theme of the restaurantProvided just what we needed did extend to Green Spot Irish Whiskey - another bonus!

great friendly staff, comfortable room in a great location for our theatre trip, breakfast superb.
Pros:

Excellent location for city and walking distance for theatre

Cons:

Noisy at night due to room being at rear of property. We could here the rear access door form carpark constantly banging shut as no soft close arrester. Noise stopped after midnight lock up.

Great place in the centre of Norwich
Pros:

All was good. We have stayed here before and it is an excellent hotel, lovely entrance and good sized rooms.
Bathrooms interesting as each room is different. Parking available in safe good sized car-park with EV charging.
Relly friendly staff and fantastic breakfast.

Pros:

Breakfasts were fantastic. The location is perfect, close to the centre but not near any noisy pubs. The newly renovated restaurant and bar were lovely.
