Cons:

Upon arrival, I had the impression that the reception staff were the same ones from the old Hotel Sport—very serious and rather rigid, with little warmth. The only exception was the trainee who checked me in, who was noticeably more welcoming.

The left elevator makes an unpleasant metal-on-metal scraping sound when the doors open, while the right one has a rattling control panel during operation. Neither experience aligns with what you would expect from a five-star hotel.

When I entered the room, I found that only two tissues were left in the bathroom, which I ended up using immediately.

Das Eckzimmer mit Panoramafenster war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Durch eine eigene Lüftungstür konnte man frische Luft hereinlassen. Der Stressless-Sessel im Zimmer war unglaublich bequem. Das Zimmerservice war sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und wurde täglich leicht verändert. Am Abend wurde der Frühstücksraum zum Restaurant. Auch verfügt das Hotel über ein hervorragendes japanisches Restaurant.

Cons:

Kein Ursus in der Minibar. 😉

Un hotel nou, arhitectura moderna, oameni noi, amabili, indatoritori, atenti la nevoile calatorului!
Bun gust, curatenie, atentie la detalii.
Facilitatile hotelului sunt de top, micul dejun, variat si delicios, proaspat, cu produse de calitate.
Locatie excelenta, aproape de BT ARENA.
Recomand cu drag acest hotel oricui care cauta profesionalism, atentie si respect pt turist!

Un sejur deosebit de plăcut, voi reveni oricând cu plăcere!

O locație excelentă,lângă parcul central, aproape de centrul istoric.Condiții foarte bune de cazare, cameră luminoasă, cu un design modern, vedere superbă spre parc!
