Clean, comfy, flexibility of the staff regarding check out

Cons:

There were no curtains on the bedroom window, it wasn't really a deal breaker but it might be an issue when traveling with infants. As I was told it was only a particularity of that room, we had a family suite, so I guess other rooms do have curtains

In time observed decreased attention to detail when it comes to cleaning after previous guests (e.g. different types and colours of hair on the sofa pillows, accumulated dust and hairs in the corners of the room). Might be exceptions, and if not, nothing which cannot be remediated quite easily. Thanks.

Bunicel, dar cu loc de mai bine
Pros:

-Hotelul per ansamblu e ok, cu mici neplăceri ce ar putea fi optimizate. Iată ce am gasit:
-Materiale premium au fost folosite la constructia/renovarea acestui hotel. Peste tot ai senzația de calitate. Cu exceptia parchetului plasticat din camere.
-Parcare proprie destul de ok.
-Curățenie e maxima peste tot. Atat in camere, hotel, restaurant, cat si in jurul hotelului. Gazon tuns in jurul hotelului. Miros plăcut in lobby si in hotel.
-Baia super ok, cu tot ce ți-ai putea dori. Curat. Obiecte sanitare de calitate. Cosmetice premium si interesante. Lavoarul un pic poziționat înalt pentru un copil si atipic. Însă e ok. Merge.
-Camera premium e foarte in regula. Curat. Minibar. Saltea, perne si lenjerie premium foarte confortabile. Priveliște interesanta spre dealul Feleacului. Bine izolata fata de exterior. Luminoasă. Odihnitoare. Singurul minus ar fi parchetul lamelar plasticat. Dintr-un oarecare motiv, necunoscut, constructorii au facut economie aici, desi orice altceva din camera e premium. Sistemul de termo-ventilatie e foarte bun si eficient.
-Micul dejun e premium, de top, cu absolut tot ce ți-ai putea dori. Demn de orice hotel de 5 stele.Se servește atat bufet suedez-partial cat si comanda a la carte (tot feluri de omlete si oua). Singurul minus ar fi cafeaua. Se simte lipsa unei cafele bune si a unui espressor profesional. Chiar nu e nici un băutor serios de cafele in echipa hotelului, care sa isi dea sema ca nu e ok cafeaua la un astfel de hotel premium? :)
-Personalul variabil ca si calitate, dupa cum urmeaza: Băiat amabil la parcare, domnișoara lăsată singura si depasita de situatie la receptie (25 aprilie)-haos!, băiat și domnișoară amabili și relaxați/eficienti/profesionisti la receptie pe 26 aprilie. Toti de la micul dejun foarte amabili și plăcuți. Băiatul de la restaurantul japonez foarte amabil si profesionist.

Cons:

Per ansamblu, hotelul e destul de ok, cu unele aspecte ce ar trebui îmbunătățite/ optimizate:

- Cafeaua de la micul dejun. Trebuie un espressor profesional, cafea de calitate si un barista profi care sa stie ce face. Nu merge cu cafeaua la aparat automat de facut cafeaua. Cel putin nu la gama de clienți cărora vrea hotelul sa se adreseze.
- La urmatoarea renovare, trebuie schimbat parchetul din camere. Au pus cel mai ieftin parchet de pe piata si l-au montat cel mai probabil fara strat de polistiren sub el. Din acest motiv, suna a gol, si te zgârâie pe creier cand calci pe el.
- Managerul hotelului/ restaurantului, trebuie sa stea mai mult printre oamenii din echipa. Trebuie optimizata povestea cu receptia (au lasat o singura colega sa faca la ora 2-3 check-in), si povestea cu restaurantul international. Si comunicare. Clienții trebuie anunțați cand aveti evenimente in hotel. Din timp, ca sa poata sa ia decizii in cunostinta de cauza. Este inadmisibil sa aveți hotelul plin de familii cu copii, veniti din toate colțurile tarii pentru Cirque de Soleil, si voi sa nu aveti restaurantul disponibil ca ati rezervat pentru un eveniment privat. Trebuie sa va înțelegeți in primul rând clienții. Un astfel de comportament, poate fi un deal-breaker, pentru gama de clienți cărora va adresați.
