Good location and friendly staff, but unexpected extra fees and inaccurate description
Pros:

On the plus side, the location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful—they even assisted us in finding an open store and a pizzeria late at night. The rooms facing the inner courtyard were very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

We arrived 20 minutes late due to a flight delay, which we had notified the hotel about in advance. Despite the hotel listing stating that the reception is open 24hours/7 days, we were forced to pay a late check-in fee. Additionally, luggage storage was listed as an available service, but upon arrival, we were told they couldn't offer it. The air conditioning also came at an extra cost, which was disappointing. Lastly, one of our rooms faced the street and was a bit noisy.

Tutto niente da piacere e un quarto piano pure non senza frigo la stanza neanche agua ti danno ho pagato 98€ per una camera di merda senza aria condizionata perché per loro io dovevo pagare ancora 25€ pure avevo pagato già 25€ per poter avere la stanza con il bagno dentro la camera 😡😡un baño che non sono piaciuta a entrare troppo piccolo sono ustcita senza poter farmi la dose il secondo tipo pesante arrogante mai più

Niet het geld waard voor deze kwaliteit

Eigen badkamer en kofferservice na uitchecken (wel betaald maar goedkoper dan bagagekluisjes)

Cons:

Alles viel uit elkaar, geen airco. Ze mogen best wat opknappen aan de kamer. Ook zat de gemeenschappelijk badkamer naast onze kamer, wat best gemeld mag worden dat je door de nacht heen wakker wordt door de gehorige deur.
