Pros:

Ganz nahe am Bahnhof gelegen und dennoch erstaunlich ruhig. Ein leckeres Frühstück im japanischen Stil war bei mir enthalten. Prima war auch das hauseigene Onsen, das je nach Uhrzeit für Männer oder Frauen zur Verfügung steht.

Pros:

Smooth check in and detailed explanation upon arrival. Super nice and welcoming staff, great services available: onsen, washing machine and dryer to do laundry, breakfast, and you're even able to monitor the availability of those shared areas/services from the room TV! All super convenient. Awesome perk: early evening, they offer free drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic)! The hotel praises itself on their environmental-friendly policies, which is something every hotel should be doing! The do-nothing self-check out is amazing. Looking forward to visit again

Cons:

The onsen has a no-tattoo restriction which wasn't clear upon booking. Besides improving the way they advertise it, maybe it'd be nice to review if such policy should stand for an international chain. Perhaps running a survey among their clientele to see how welcoming they'd be to people with tattoos sharing the onsen. Or even scheduling some time frame for guests with tattoos to be able to enjoy the onsen as well!

The breakfast was nice but sadly there were very few vegetarian options. Not to mention there was not a single vegan or gluten free option available. Everything contains animal products in a way or another.
When it came to the environmental policies, there's still room for improvement: moving away from disposable items would be such a game changer!

すごく駅近

Es war sehr schön :) kommen Sie nach Tottori!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir es zeitlich nicht geschafft das Onsen zu nutzen, aber wir haben uns über die Möglichkeit gefreut. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm

以CP值來說很讚！房間和浴場都很小，洗澡只能三個人，男女分時段，但18:00-21:00 happy hour有免費酒喝，早餐也很不錯，推薦！
