The fact that I booked one room for 4 people and when we arrived the staff asked us to book 1 more room because it was not possible to stay in one room with 4 people, and the price was almost double compared to the booking price. Pros:

Excellent location, great breakfast, kind staff, convenient laundry. Liked the option to sign into Netflix.

Cons:

Spare bed (converted from the sofa) was super firm and quite uncomfortable, but other beds were fine. The small bathroom was similar to other hotels like this, but it was the smallest we had encountered among 8 other hotels.
