Me and my girlfriend recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to London in July.
Location-wise, the hotel is well placed: it's close to Southall station (about 10 minutes walk) on the Elizabeth Line, which offers a direct connection to Heathrow Airport and central London, and it's also within easy reach of several bus routes.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean (my girlfriend has a dust allergy and had no issues at all during the stay).
The staff were kind and always helpful whenever we needed anything.
That said, there were a few practical drawbacks worth mentioning. The shower and sink taps were push-button style, obviously less convenient than a standard lever. The showerhead was fixed, with no way to adjust either the water pressure or the angle, and it produced a wide spray effect that made it a bit tricky to use comfortably.
Our room overlooked a fairly busy junction. The windows offered decent sound insulation, but not quite enough to block out car horns or ambulance sirens at times.
There was no air conditioning, which became an issue during the hot summer weather, though the hotel did provide a fan.
Finally, there is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, which is worth keeping in mind for anyone with mobility difficulties or traveling with a pushchair.
Overall, a conveniently located hotel, with a few structural limitations that are worth knowing about in advance. We stayed at room n.3, so we don't know if the other rooms have the same problems we experienced.

Vieta - indų ir pakistaniečių rajonas. Gatvėje daug benamių ir šiukšlių. Pirma buvo duotas kambarys su dušu, kuris tik purškia. Paprašius - pakeitė į kitą. Kambariuose tik po vieną rankšluostį, reikia prašyti papildomų. Kambariuose nėra kondicionieriaus, tik ventiliatorius. Pro langą gatvės triukšmas ir kvapai iš indiškų restoranų

A lot of great restaurants within walking distance and staff were very attentive.
There’s a lot of stairs. I had a budget room with a private bathroom which, although was my own, I had to access through the hallway. I recommend spending extra for the superior room. Although standard does the job and is good for the price.
It’s was in a congested area on top of other buildings. The surroundings were dirty. It says it’s close to Heathrow but it’s not which is misleading because it says on the app broadway on Heathrow.

Staff were friendly and helped me with my suitcase, carrying it up the narrow stairs (no lift).
Bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Clearly the bedroom hadn't even been vacuumed. The bathroom was a separate room down the hall. I'm also not sure if it was private as stated in the details on booking.com. If it was private, then it was clearly not cleaned before I arrived. If it was shared, then the information on booking is incorrect. Either way, it felt like a public bathroom in a train station or something. I never normally complain about places I stay, but this was pretty unacceptable!
Ideal location, excellent customer service really enjoyed my stay. Staff was so attentive to my every need highly recommend!

Perfect choice for a hassle-free stay. South Hall offers clean, modern accommodation with all the essentials. It is incredibly convenient for transport, and the staff are wonderful. A comfortable bed, peaceful night's sleep, and great hospitality. Will definitely stay again!
