This is without a doubt one of the nicest accommodations in the "aparthotel" segment in Bath (and surroundings). The rooftop terrace (wit jacuzzi!) makes up for the 92-step stairs. Don't expect 4-star quality because it is not a 4-star hotel. It is all very clean and nicely done. The beds are comfortable and you get ample bedding & towels. And the location can't be beaten. Everything you could possibly want in terms of food, drink, shopping and entertainment is within max 10 mins walk. Highly recommended.
If I had to name something negative it would be the 92 stairs. When we were there it was constantly >30°C but still doable.
It was very well located in the centre of town.
It was a lot more compact than I thought it would be. It was also very hot as we were in a higher apartment and I couldn't see any fans. I also thought that there may be breakfast supplied - cereal box and milk. I thought it was a serviced apartment.

This might be one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. The team certainly cannot handle emergencies outside of their office hours. The card reader of the building’s main entrance was stolen and since we were on the first floor, everyone smashed and even lifted our window directly to ask us to open the door for them for more than one hour. The staff showed up after 10pm without any consolation or apology. Like we ought to do everything since we are the only one who got back early and ‘it was for everyone’s benefit’. No body cares about our safety at all.

We were informed there was no wifi to check in and given instructions how to get it. This didn’t work but luckily reception was still manned. Unfortunately there was no one around all weekend to fix the WiFi and we were unable to chill at the apartment with Netflix which was part of our recovery plan from the hike after enjoying Bath during the day.
Excellent location! The apartment had all we needed.
