It has gone down a lot since i last stayed.
Good stay
The only thing is that they don’t clean the room everyday. Also, you have to inform them in advance if you need your room to be clean. It’s a strange regulation.

Amazing stay
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also it is at a very nice location.
Nice little hotel, spacious clean room with food amenities.
Breakfast was different and interesting.
Customer attention is horrendous though, when I checked in, the concierge took my suitcase to bring to the room after check in, he went somewhere and reception staff were having a chat. Went to my room, waited and waited and then after 20min I called reception, they said someone will bring it up shortly, 10min later still waiting. I went down and brought it up myself at the end, reception staff saw me take it and didn't even apologise or anything.
Same during check in and check out, very cold and inattentive staff.
