Pros:

No respetaron la reservación, al momento de llegar nos comentaron en la recepción que a pesar de que estuviera confirmada la reservación no podían darnos nada de habitación

No respetaron mi reservación, me presente wn el hotel, al presentarme con el personal de recepción me comunicaron que no había ninguna reservación de la aplicación Expedía, que no tenian habitaciones disponibles y que me recomendaban no usar los servicios de expedía por qué no son confiables, terrible experiencia.

Muy limpio todo, bonito, bien decorado... lamentablemente el diseño de la habitación es decepcionante, no hay un baño cmo tal , sino que solo una media pared divide el cuarto del baño, lo cual dificulta enormemente hacer sus necesidades sin molestar a tu acompañante. Supuestamente el desayuno se sirve hasta las 11:30am, o al menos eso dice el letrero que tiene afuera, después más de 5 min esperando a la recepcionista, o alguien para preguntarle dónde se tomaba el desayuno, mi esposa encontró el comedor, al subir estaba el personal del hotel muy sentados, y me dicen que ya no estaban sirviendo desayuno, terrible.

Muy decepcionada.. Para comenzar no cuenta con estacionamiento, la habitacion aceptable, las fotos del exterior no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, NO ESTA EN BOCA DEL RIO, La ubicacion es ya de Alvarado, y el desayuno que ofrecen :( no se parece en nada con la imagen que se muestra, el cafe horrible y el servicio del mini espacio "Restaurante" pesimo, por la noche me dijeron el servicio de desayuno es de 9 a 11 y a laa 9 que llegue me dicen se sirve a las 9:30 de muy mal modo, el mini desayuno jugo cafe y pan muy feo... en general carisimo por una noche... Con ese precio pagaba dos habitaciones en un mejor hotel de boca del rio.. Disculpen mi sinceridad
