Pros:

Excellent staff, very friendly. Finding the place was hard their sign didnt stand out frim the others around it so we missed the turn off.

Pros:

The room is so tiny, and sadly there was no hand soap in the bathroom. It is not worth it for the money 3,800 pesos per night and well the bed skirt is sooo nasty.

Their colored buildings are made of cheap materials that when occupants above you are walking will absolutely distracts the guests that are resting downstairs. I woke up with that noise:

I am extremely disappointed.

Pros:

The hotel has several housing options; I was in a "shipping container" setup = you could hear neighbors talking in their room; TV did not work.
The pools are nice and so are the gardens around them.
The staff was friendly, restaurant was good. Breakfast buffet was a joke :D

New hotel with great service
Pros:

The hotel is new (less than 6 months open), and they we're still in the "soft-opening" phase. Hence, the staff was really impeccable and friendly, able to speak with you in Bisaya, Tagalog or English.Great view of the sea. New facilities.
