Pros:

The room was infested with roaches, had stains and multiple holes in the blanket and mold growing in various parts of the room and bathroom. Our door and lock was also broken. After addressing the issues and safety concerns with staff they refused to help me and then stood outside my room all night talking about me loudly on the phone.

This hotel was disgusting, dirty, unclean, unsafe, thin walls, could hear someone puking and it soundsed so close that she was puking in my bathroom. I was a refund
