Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, besonders die Zimmer mit Seeblick bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Strand, Restaurants, Eisdielen und Supermarkt sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Umgebung ist lebendig und unterhaltsam, gleichzeitig aber familienfreundlich und nicht übermässig laut.

Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit und bot uns sogar einen Zimmerwechsel an, falls wir nicht zufrieden wären. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt in der Nähe des Hotels, lediglich die Einfahrt ist etwas eng.

Cons:

Negativ war vor allem das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war deutlich kleiner als bei unserem Aufenthalt vor drei Jahren.

Auch der Service wirkte wenig professionell und nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Mehrmals mussten wir lange auf unsere Bestellung warten, am letzten Tag sogar rund 30 Minuten.

Great hotel for a beach vacation
Pros:

The hotel is located right by the beautiful beach and was very easy to access by bus, which you can hop on outside of the main station in Rimini. If you want to explore the city, it is within walking distance about 30-40 minutes of walking and you will be right in the heart of Rimini. The hotels surrounding area offer many places to enjoy delicious food and desserts (within minutes of walking) and there are a couple of convenience stores just across the street if you need water etc.

The room was clean and minimalistic with a small balcony, which came in handy at the end of the day when we wanted to dry our swimwear.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Always smiling and offering Ciao’s and buongiorno’s.
Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurt, granola, eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread, cheese, cold cuts and different hot and cold beverages to enjoy.

Miły pobyt w fajnym miejscu w przystępnej cenie

Czystość w pokojach miła obsługa szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie

Cons:

Troszkę słabe śniadanie, jajecznica była po prostu niejadalna. Dwie wędliny do wyboru brak ekspresu do kawy trzeba prosić obsługę. Parking jest ale wjazd na parking tylko dla osób o stalowych nerwach. Na szerokość samochodu ciężko się złamać.

La struttura ci ha dato una camera per persone con disabilità , nonostante non lo avessimo chiesto e nonostante non fossimo mai stati avvisati di questa condizione. La camera era al piano terra e molto rumorosa, sia per via della vicinanza con la strada, sia (e soprattutto) per l’adiacente reception! Questo ci ha impedito di dormire, in quanto la camera si trovava anche in prossimità di ascensori e scale utilizzati da tutti i gli ospiti dei vari piani per transitare e andare alla sala ristorante lì accanto. Insomma, un incubo! Il personale sorridente, ma di fatto incapace di porre rimedio a questa situazione. Pessima gestione e pessima comunicazione! Non ve lo auguro!
