Hotel was lovely. Staff absolutely wonderful! Restaurant & rooftop bar super trendy with amazing healthy bites and fabulous drinks!
Friendly staff
The decoration in the room it’s really old. The room we got is the worst one. There’s a night market across the street, which is really loud and they won’t stop until 12 AM. Every day in the morning the bell from the church rings every hour didn’t sleep well and you can’t even fully close the window there were wind blowing through the gap. Very noisy we stayed in other proper before it was a whole different picture. Did not worth the price.

Property is fantastic. Surrounding area not so fantastic. I would have liked a couple of quality craft beers on tap at the bar rather than cans as the only option.
Excellent variery of breakfast options. Portions were generous; well-presented and flavorful. Coffee was wonderful and service was professional, polite and non-obtrusive.

Very nice hotel with a great rooftop bar, a nice little gym, and excellent and attentive service by everyone. Rooms are on the smaller side, even with upgrade, but they are nicely furnished. The bathrobes were torn, and we had to ask for slippers. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay! Definitely one of the top hotels in downtown LA.
Clean, updated. Staff was responsive but lacked professional polish.
