The Arco Iris is situated perfectly next to everything you might need in Tulum food, shopping, ADO Bus, taxis and Collectivos. I loved my hotel rooms efficiency kitchen and roof top pool and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Hotel básico pero bien en general, en pleno centro de Tulum. Al estar cerca de la central de autobuses y haber un paradero de transporte afuera, puede resultar ruidoso para algunas persona, nada grave.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel!

Il est situé sur l'avenue principale donc à proximité de tout. Le personnel est très sympathique et la piscine sur le toit offre une magnifique vue sur la ville.

Nous avions choisi le studio avec cuisine et c'était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable en plus d'être bien insonorisé. Nous avons adoré!

Our booking through Expedia was cancelled and we were not informed by the hotel or Expedia. Thankfully other hotels in area were available . Would not recommend either going forward.

Great small hotel with a good and affordable restaurant in a perfect location. Even though my room faced the main road, it was well insulated and quiet. The room had every modern amenity, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value!
