Reallly enjoyed the place and location is ideal for both north or south of the city great transport links from it
Pros:

Great location…good communication with owner
Comfortable with heat or air conditioning unit that you can control
Nice old style house
Great shower
Fridge and safe in the room
Nice white sheets and white towels

Cons:

I suppose for people who have mobility issues it has no lift
It is quite a compact room so if you like space it might be a problem… I was fine with it

Different than what you expect from the photos
Pros:

Bed was comfy and the rain shower was really good. Communication is good. Enjoyed the big TV.

Cons:

Ground floor. Next to the outside door, you hear everyone entering and leaving. The bright and spacious rooms in the pictures with 2 windows are misleading. Only one window with a privacy film, not allowing much light. Because of the safety, the window cannot be opened. Room change was not possible.

Pros:

Location was absolutely perfect in the heart of dublin, perfect sized rooms for 5 adults, beds were comfy and rooms were spotlessly clean! We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Pros:

Ideal for a one night stay. Great location and value for money.

Cons:

The bathroom has a glass wall and sliding door into the room. It is frosted glass so you can't see in but still feels a bit exposed!

Reasonably Priced & Convenient Location for Dublin City Center
Pros:

Good central location near the main sites and the Luas Red Line. Host had open communication which made it easy to get into the accommodation. The room was clean with all tea and coffee station. No issues accessing the room or the building

Cons:

Some guests a bit loud coming in from Temple Bar which is across the bridge but that's expected in this part of Dublin

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Room was absolutely tiny. Couldn't extend legs fully while in bed due to wall at the foot of the bed. Sleeping on the inside, it was impossible to get out without fully waking partner.

Toilet was behind a sliding glass door, around one meter from the head of the bed. Flush panels were broken off, while they worked, we were looking directly into the cistern.
