Pros:

Amazing location in heart of Dublin directly across from Templebar area. Walking distance to all major attractions, great row of breakfast cafes just down the road. Affordable for a family of five compared to other options.

Cons:

Noisy of an evening but to be expected given the location.

Comfortable, clean room with easy check in and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I like how close the property was to the city centre, it is in a convenient central location. It was very easy to do the self check in. Rainfall shower is a really modern touch.
Comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, nice shampoos and body wash provided. Very accommodating, great staff and Jeanine was very helpful to me throughout the stay.

Cons:

The en-suite sliding glass door was heavy, difficult to push closed and made noise when moved, you can see through and hear people using the bathroom when the door is closed. The room windows seem to be very thin so sirens and people talking on the streets could be heard very clearly which may be problematic for light sleepers.

Cons:

Les ressorts dans le lit sont probablement imprimés à vie dans mon dos. Et les toilettes dans la chambre, sans porte, c'est compliqué quand on vient à deux 😅

Clean, just what I needed as a solo traveler, and the location was just far enough outside of templebar that noise was never an issue but was still centrally located that walking anywhere was incredibly easy. Also Daniel's coffee downstairs is a brilliant business - incredibly friendly, helped me with places to see, and great coffee!

Cons:

My only complaint would be to install blackout curtains just because in the summer it was a fully bright morning by 5 am and with the window right by the bed, the current curtain didn’t do enough.

La.posizione è eccezionale e Jeanine, la persona di riferimento con la quale abbiamo chattato per avere i codici di ingresso è stata sempre molto gentile, l'ultimo giorno ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, fornendoci un nuovo codice di ingresso per quella giornata

La nostra stanza, che era al piano terra e dava sulla strada, aveva la finestra sigillata quindi non si poteva aprire e il vetro era opaco quindi non si poteva vedere fuori. Un pò claustrofobico

Good location that is all one can say.

The location is the only positive thing we can say

Cons:

Running water. Some answers from booking.com. No communication on no water and only promises of alternative accommodation. We had to find our own. The whole experience was dreadful and ruined our stay in Dublin.
