Perfect central location with enough space for a small group or a family.
Pros:

Wonderful family size room over looking the river and just across the bridge from the Temple bar area. The location was so central that we were able to walk to all the sightseeing places on our list. It was clean and smelt nice when we arrived. There were towels, hand soap, shower gel, hair wash, toilet rolls, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cups and even bottles of water on our arrival!
We would highly recommend for a small group of friends of a family.

Great potential if there was abit more care put into it, we made the most of the situation
Pros:

The convenience of the location.. right on templebar! No stress with keys/fobs and instead the use of simple pins. Came with good amount of toilet roll and shampoo/shower gel. TV had netflix too and quite alot of storage for only one room. The staff were easy enough to reach and tried their best to help.

Cons:

Possibly out of the providers hands, but the water supply was completely up and down, sometimes we had no running water at all which is crucial for a group of 5. More towels and pillows would have been nice but understandable as its not mandatory to have more than one p/p. Also lack of door handle for the bathroom and it's leaky floor good be reassessed maybe? Other than that really enjoyable, the water supply was honestly the only major upsetting feature.

Easy to find and access with self check-in

Cons:

The mattress was dirty (stained, hair from someone), to the point where I had to sleep with one of my shirts over the pillow. I could feel the springs of the mattress and sunk to the bottom when I sat down. I weigh 44 kgs… I reached out to the host, who had been very responsive up until my arrival. I requested a different room for the second night of my stay. Never received a response. I stayed in a different hotel for the second night. After returning home, the host reached out to ask how my stay was. I replied and was honest about my experience and asked for a refund for the second night. Have not heard back from the host.

Not bad for the price, good location, bed uncomfortable, room loud, staff unhelpful at best

The location was nice. She shower was also great

Cons:

Everything else. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is a very loud humming noise throughout the building that can make it difficult to sleep.

The main issue is that I was there on business so needed to get a VAT invoice. I asked for this 5 times and was told 3 times they would send it, including once on the phone. They never sent it and just stopped responding.

If you’re in town on business just stay elsewhere.

Cons:

Just past it. Lots of damp in ceiling and broken toilet flush. It all looks grotty. Grout, sealent, dirty cushion on bed. Fine for one night but depressing room. Seen better days. Needs an overhaul.

Great location and good value for the money
Pros:

Great location for sure, easy access - all you need in a compact space. Fantastic communication with the host.
