全てが清潔でした
Pros:

部屋の清潔感や照明がよかった
洗面室は綺麗にリフォームされていて使いやすかった
大きめの洗面台やカウンター、便器もキレイでした
備品も十分に用意されていた
風呂は掛け流しできれいな湯
シャワーの水圧も強く満足しました
濡れたタオルを持ち帰らなくていいのは助かりました
スタッフの対応や動きも丁寧でした
フリードリンクはありがたいです
朝食は種類が十分でおいしかった
特にベーコンと黒糖パンが気に入りました

Cons:

部屋の入り口が狭くドアが内開きなため靴が置けない
廊下の足音がよく聞こえてしまう
部屋の匂いがよくなかった
枕が固くて高い
洗面台の排水溝が閉まらずコンタクトを洗うのに怖かった
紙コップは何度も使えないのでダメでした
駐車場が遠く不便、チェックアウト後に雨に濡れました

Refuse to provide an invoice after multiple requests, booking contacted them they keep refusing even if it is their responsibility.

Pros:

部屋も豪華、和室だったがベッドもあって和と洋の良いとこ取り。ベッドはフカフカ。
トイレもめちゃ綺麗でウォシュレットも付いてる。
ドアのロックも番号式なので鍵を持ち歩いたりする手間が無く、無くしたりしないのですごく良かった。
駐車場もあり、車でいける。
駐車場の目印がデカいサボテンで分かりやすかった。
大浴場も時間帯がよかったのか人がいなく、快適に入れた。
そしてシャワーの水圧が強いが痛くなく最高だった。
お風呂も広い。
朝食のクラムチャウダーおいしかった。
ビュッフェ式なので自分のお腹に合わせて食べれて良かった。
フリードリンクがすごいよかった。
フルーツ系のジュースが3種類ほど用意されてて嬉しかった。

Cons:

施設の施錠時間が0時で、外にいて時間が過ぎると館内に入れなくなるらしいので、夜中に出歩く際は時間に注意しなければならない。
1時くらいまでならスタッフがいるらしいので電話すれば入れるとのこと。

Cool japan style rooms with pijamas, bike friendly, they rent bikes inplace, it takes short bike rufę from the hotel to the shore with fuji view
