Great place to stay and rent bikes!
Pros:

We stayed here on our way from Izu beaches to Haneda aiport so that we could rent bikes and explore. We arrived early, checked our bags and rented bikes from the hotel. We rode along some waterways, could see Mt. Fuji in the distance and stopped at stores for snacks. Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good and our room was very cute (we had the quad room downstairs) I don't think they opened the evening drinks but maybe we just missed it. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

また泊まりたいホテル！
Pros:

サイトで見つけ、グーグルマップで現地を確認して、あまり期待していなかったが、リーズナブルだったので、宿泊決定！
行ってみると、なんと、お部屋は広くて快適！温泉も最高です。何より清潔感あふれていて、感動しました。
スタッフもとても親切で、常に笑顔で対応してくださり、とても良かったです。

Cons:

良くなかった点は探しても見つかりません。
敷地内駐車場がないのが残念ですが、歩いて2分の距離に案内していただきました。

Priced and marketed as a resort, but felt more like a hostel
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They definitely did the best they could under the circumstances.
Bicycle rental was a good experience. We rented regular bicycles, including children sizes.
Quiet area. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

For a property calling itself a 'resort,' the facilities didn't match the label — paper cups by the basin, rough toilet paper, and public baths with noisy old pipes and outdated. The public bath was very noisy from the plumbing and through clean, some tiles were broken. There was a japanese garden in the window with not a single plant. so just small stones.
There are no curtains in the rooms, so expect to wake up with the sunrise.
The location is quiet in theory, but the cicadas were loud.
The town itself was dull and not worth visiting — had I known, I wouldn't have booked here.

Everything was great. We were satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

全てが清潔でした
Pros:

部屋の清潔感や照明がよかった
洗面室は綺麗にリフォームされていて使いやすかった
大きめの洗面台やカウンター、便器もキレイでした
備品も十分に用意されていた
風呂は掛け流しできれいな湯
シャワーの水圧も強く満足しました
濡れたタオルを持ち帰らなくていいのは助かりました
スタッフの対応や動きも丁寧でした
フリードリンクはありがたいです
朝食は種類が十分でおいしかった
特にベーコンと黒糖パンが気に入りました

部屋の入り口が狭くドアが内開きなため靴が置けない
廊下の足音がよく聞こえてしまう
部屋の匂いがよくなかった
枕が固くて高い
洗面台の排水溝が閉まらずコンタクトを洗うのに怖かった
紙コップは何度も使えないのでダメでした
駐車場が遠く不便、チェックアウト後に雨に濡れました

Pros:

部屋も豪華、和室だったがベッドもあって和と洋の良いとこ取り。ベッドはフカフカ。
トイレもめちゃ綺麗でウォシュレットも付いてる。
ドアのロックも番号式なので鍵を持ち歩いたりする手間が無く、無くしたりしないのですごく良かった。
駐車場もあり、車でいける。
駐車場の目印がデカいサボテンで分かりやすかった。
大浴場も時間帯がよかったのか人がいなく、快適に入れた。
そしてシャワーの水圧が強いが痛くなく最高だった。
お風呂も広い。
朝食のクラムチャウダーおいしかった。
ビュッフェ式なので自分のお腹に合わせて食べれて良かった。
フリードリンクがすごいよかった。
フルーツ系のジュースが3種類ほど用意されてて嬉しかった。

Cons:

施設の施錠時間が0時で、外にいて時間が過ぎると館内に入れなくなるらしいので、夜中に出歩く際は時間に注意しなければならない。
1時くらいまでならスタッフがいるらしいので電話すれば入れるとのこと。
