Cons:

Eine vernunftige Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum muss doch das Hotel dieser Kategorie hinstellen können. Billiger Pulverkaffee zum Frühstück passt einfach nicht dazu. Ich muss aber auch betonen: Man hat uns immer wenn wir gefragt haben ein Esspreso von der Bar gebracht.
Dadurch war es für uns akzeptabel 🙂

Hätte mir mehr erwartet!
Pros:

Das gebuchte Appartment war sehr groß, was mit Kinder sehr praktisch war. Da wir nur übers Wochenende da waren, hat es für uns gepasst. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Außerdem hat das Hotel auf meine Anfrage sehr positiv reagiert und Geburtstagsdeko für meinen Sohn (natürlich gegen Bezahlung) arrangiert. Fand ich sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Haut hat vier Sterne, welche es nicht verdient hat. Das Frühstück kommt vielleicht einem drei Sterne Hotel gleich. Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund des Spa Bereichs gewählt, jedoch ist dieser zu. Anscheinend ist das mittlerweile usus in Sarajevo, da es hier sehr viele Gäste aus muslimischen Ländern gibt, möchte man ihnen das nicht zumuten.
Was ich sehr schade finde, denn es gibt auch andere Gäste. Immerhin wähle ich ein Hotel und bezahle ja auch dafür. Das sollte booking.com vielleicht dazuschreiben.
Das Wasser im Badezimmer war sehr wild, es wechselte während dem Duschen zwischen eiskalt und brennend heiß. Aber wir waren nur zwei Nächte da und haben uns damit arrangiert.
Sauberkeit wird auch nicht so ernst genommen, meine Söhne hatten weiße Socken an, die waren nach einer halben Stunde schwarz an den Sohlen.
Am nächsten Tag hieß es, es gibt keine kleinen Handtücher oder Tücher für den Boden.
Es macht den Eindruck, als ob das Haus/Leitung/Personal, den Anforderungen der vier Sterne nicht ganz nachkommt.

الشقق واسعة والأثاث حديث والتكييف ممتاز والموظفين ودودين والنوافذ كبيرة وذات إطلالة جميلة سواء على المدينة او الجبال

1- موقعه في المنتصف بين السنترين (إليجا والمدينة القديمة) فلا هو قريب من هذا ولا من ذاك فمن الأفضل لزوار سراييفو ان يكون سكنهم قريب من أحد هذين السنترين (رأي شخصي) 2- طوال مدة الاقامة لم يتم تبديل مفارش السرير ولا الأغطية.
