Spacious, nice apartment, with comfortable beds.
Quite a lot of facilities are broken or don’t work. We could not take a normal shower for 2 days as the water is or smoking hot or all the way cold. The television did not work in the sleeping room and the heating did not go on. The room key did not work the majority of the time and the parking was correctly arranged just the second day, while we payed good money for both days. When you call the reception, they do their best to fix the problems, more or less with succes, but I don’t find it worth my time as a guest to manage maintenance of a room I pay for during my stay…..
Nice apartment
Corridors lightening is so dark and looks in a way like a ghost castle, the decoration floor and colors needs to be change to looks like good hotels, the Iron in the room in non steam iron, we ask for change reception wasn't helpful, parking is not free.

Value your staff. They are amazing people.
Slow internet, breakfast needs improvement. Put pastry up, kids are touching everything unsupervised and eggs needs to be without water in.
The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes.
The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general

يفترض ان يكون بها مطبخ كبير ومتكامل. تفاجأت بمطبخ صغير ولا توجد به حتى ثلاجة !!!

The room we got- room 804 was super filthy. There were hairs from previous occupants. It was very very very dusty.athe breakfast is saaad. The rug in the room is extremely dusty. the curtains smells of maqloubeh.
However, the location is superb. Close by tram and trolley bus to old town and the opposite side of the city.
موقع الفندق مناسب وقريب من اماكن كثيره لكن بعيد عن المنطقه القديمة الشقه وسيعه ومريحه لكن هناك نقاط تفتقرها الشقه كون الاقامة في شقه عائليه مثال المطبخ يفتقر لادوات المطبخ والطهي كون نحن عائله وكون مطعم الفندق يغلق منذ الساعه التاسعه ومعظم مطاعم المنطقه تغلق بعد الساعه التاسعه وكل مااتصلنا قالو اي حاجه تبونها الساعه السابعه صباحاً
الافطار غير متنوع بارد طلبنا شاي مافي كان في تلاعب وقت الحجز ووقت الدفع اجبرونا ندفع كاش واجبرونا ندفع بالمارك مايبغو يورو وصار لخبطه ف الحجز من موقع بوكنق والموظفه زادت علينا سعر سرير وفطور وتقول سعر الفطور مايتكنسل اجباري المهم حوسنل حوسه ع مانسكن صراحه احنا اخترنا روتانا لانه من فنادقنا المفضله كل ماننزل الامارات وحسبنا هنا بيكون نفس الجودة والفخامه والهدمة لكن تفاجئنا لكن الحمدلله ع كل شي
Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen/diner/lounge. We were on the 19th floor so had great views. Quiet and comfortable. TV had lots of channels in English.
Breakfast was good, the chocolate croissants were lovely and there was plenty to choose from - fresh bread, yogurt, eggs, cheese and meats, cereals etc.
Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.
