Mediocre at best. Not what we expected.
Pros:

The bed was big. The room was clean. The WiFi was fast.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little strange. They told us on arrival it was 'al la carte' - which sounded good - but each morning we sat down to be asked 'what is your room number?' by a pretty surly waitress with no preamble or 'good morning'. Then 'how would you like your eggs?'. No menu. No other choice. On the first morning I asked for a menu and was able to order oatmeal with fruit.

Service was patchy and there was no other option for coffee other than a filter. It wasn't what what one would expect from a 'luxury' hotel. No toast. No cereal. No Danish or croissants. A typical breakfast choice.

It was a bit of a distance from the main parts of the city - we walked about 15 mins to the ferry terminal but the upside of that is we got to see the city from the water.

It was really noisy - there is a busy road running right outside so it was impossible to have the balcony doors open and sleep was difficult. The room was right underneath the restaurant where they seemed to move furniture each night.
