Pros:

Hôtel propre équipement au top , personnel gentils ils nous offraient des tiramisu tous les jours / chambre clean

Cons:

Petit déjeuner a table donc pas top / assez répétitif vu qu’on est reste 5 jours donc pas beaucoup de choix // dommage que la salle de bain et la douche soit un peu colles a la chambre juste des portes coulissantes qui séparait

Personalet var hjelpsomme og hyggelig, veldig rent hotel, nydelig frokost, ikke mye trafik og lyder rundt hotellet, gå tur muligheter rundt havet rett foran hotellet, fin restaurant lokale på top etasjen for å høre på musikk , spise mat eller ta en en drikke

Pros:

Понравилось отношение и моментальное реагирование на наши просьбы и сотрудники были вежливы и внимательны . Особенно хочется выразить благодарность Даниэлю , очень был внимателен, все рассказал, объяснил, показал . На наши просьбы реагировал моментально.

Cons:

Один раз поменяли полотенца на грязные и не свеже пахнущие. Обратился с данной проблемой на ресепшен, сразу же решили данный вопрос и принесли новые чистые полотенца.

Fine room lazy staff
Pros:

The deluxe double room was nice and clean with nice furniture, and easy access
The location is refreshing, calm and infront of the lake,

Cons:

The service wasn’t that good , when we first arrived there wasn’t anyone in the reception, and no one to help with the luggage, the house keeping lasy wasn’t doing anything, she didn’t even change the dirty towels, actually she left us with only one shower towel!
We asked for the iron twice but never got it! The reseptionist was the only professional one in the hotel but I guess one is not enough

A warm Turkish welcome and experience.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was near the conference center so it was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and is a good Turkish experience. A few restaurants are close by, a convenience store and also a small pharmacy.

Cons:

The cleaners forgot to replace coffee stirrers.
