Çok kötü,konum olarakta kalacak yer olarakta vasat bir yer hotels.com a kesinlikle yakıştırmadım rezervasyonum 2 günlüktü ancak bit gece dayanabildim o da geç saatte oradaydım ertesi gün koşarak uzaklaştım..

haritadaki konumda böyle bir yer yok. saatlerce yeri bulmaya çalıştık, defalarca telefonla aradık geri dönüş yapılmadı. mecburen başka bir otel kiraladık. paramızı geri istiyoruz!

I couldn't find the hotel any they never helped me and shared a fake location, refused to refund.

I had a very bad experience with Gold Rose. On the night that I was to check in, my flight was delayed. I arrived quite late and had a nightmare getting out the airport. Istanbul airport had recently relocated miles away which I wasn't aware of until I arrived. Fast forward to 12 am and I'm at taksim square. I pull out my phone to check out the location of the hotel on the Expedia app, and there's clearly no hotels in that spot. I copied the address into Google maps and it gave me a completely different location, about a 20 minute walk away, up a steep side street. No big deal, I can do a 20 minute walk. I get to the hotel and had to do a double take to make sure I was in the right place. Street lights were off and a bunch of rough looking men loitering, smoking, and staring at me as if to say "are you lost". I then spot the "gold rose" signage and walk in. Turns out the group of men were just mates with the hotel manager.
So I explain my situation to the hotel manager regarding why I was late and that my flight was delayed. He didn't care. He cancelled my entire booking for 4 nights and didn't refund it because I was late to check in. He said he had no rooms left and that I need to find somewhere else to stay. I didn't believe him so I offered to pay him extra to spend the night there. By this point I was exhausted and I had a business meeting the next morning and just needed to crash. As I expected, a room magically became available. I accepted. Oh, and so many cockroaches

Hotel place is close to Taksim but you need to like climbing hills because it's easy to go down but go up could be tiring :).
No service like breakfast in the hotel, you could find same hotels to same price with breakfast included.
My room was clean but no view so for this price it's reasonable.
Overall, I'm satisfied about the hotel but don't except a high class hotel but see this as a "spare wheel" for your trip.

İğrenç bir yer kesinlikle gitmeyin karşılayanlar ve çalışanda en az o kadar iğrençti temizlik sıfır tuvalet küçücüktü. Kesinlikle para israfı.

Wash room very small and tight.
Bedding was poor.
Cleanliness was good.
Staff specially Umer and Sait were very friendly.

L'établissement est propre lit très confortable les gens très sympa la seule chose que j'ai pas apprécié c'est son emplacement d'un côté environnement très populaire ce qui fait bruit la nuit et adresse pas facile à trouvé en plus pour arriver il soit monter une pente de 45* ou escaliers très difficile

they gave us a different room and when i told them this isnt what i booked he said no it is !!

I wasn’t able to complete my stay there because of the bad area and people around it! so i reserved another hotel with the family and this hotel refused to change the name or do any refund!

Location is marvelous , staff are friendly, food is very good, rooms are clean
