The room is clean and big but you can smell smoke even if it is a no smoking hotel. Breakfast option is limited and service is not that good (food was left on table when customers leave and no staff clean up tables)

Nice and clean, and lovely service!
Pros:

Pleasant stay! Especially grateful for the cleanliness and the politeness of staff. The cleaners were very polite and helpful, even though they spoke no English. Seamless check-in and check-out as well. The area of Songjiang is great, many restaurants and easy-going people. Would visit again!

the location is convenient, got a convenient store, coffee shops and restaurants nearby

Cons:

one-off slippers are not provided, only recycled one
days I went before were a bit hot, ac for cooling is not available, only a fan is provided
