Muy amable la gente de recepción, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda, la habitación muy acogedora, estuvimos 2 noches, lo único que no me encantó es que me quedé en la habitación que da a la calle entonces había mucho ruido en la noche pero eso es totalmente independiente del hotel, gran ubicación, muy cerca del mercado de artesanías, del zócalo y de algunas plazas, me iba caminando a todos lados.

Todo bien, solo no respetaron la reserva diciendo que no tenían ninguna reservación por parte de hoteles.com y tuve que tomar otra habitación con diferencia de aproximadamente $ 400.00 más. Ya que era noche y no pude buscar otra alternativa.
Piden credencial de elector, y se quedaron con mi licencia de manejo ya no me la regresaron. Todo lo demás bien

Excelente opción para estar en el centro de Puebla
Pros:

Fue una estancia muy agradable, todas las personas de recepción fueron muy amables. Lo único que considero que se podría revisar es que el colchón rechina bastante ante cualquier movimiento.

Perfect location
Pros:

The property was beautiful, right in the historic center of Puebla. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and churches. But I wish the beds were more comfortable.

Si realizas el check- in! Antes de la hora indicada te cobran 200. Se me hace excesivo. No tienen servicio de sanitarios en el lobi. No son empaticos. En general su servicio está bueno.

Es un buen hotel el servicio bueno, las instalaciones limpias, es fácil de ubicar, el problema grande que tuve fue de que en lo que incluye menciona que tiene estacionamiento, lo que cual no es verdad.
En la calle donde se encuentra el hotel hay dos pensiones de autos , las cuales cierran a las 9pm y abren a las 8am, en lo personal ocupa mi auto después de las 9 pm lo cual me complicó mucho la situación de donde poder estacionarme es un punto muy importante a considerar si estás considerando hospedarte en dicho hotel
