Pros:

Bon rapport qualité/prix, bien situé pour aller au centre de Manhattan, hotel propre

Cons:

porte coulissante de salle de bain décrochée (donc ne fermait plus) et couvercle de WC sorti des gongs . Mais pour une nuit on s'en accommode.

Hotel limpio y comodo, mala ubicacion por la línea de metro que hay que coger.
Pros:

Cama grande, aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, ducha caliente y buen jabon.
Agua gratuita para beber.
Desayuno incluido

Cons:

Desayuno sin huevos, ni jamon etc. Solo bollos, mantequilla y mermelada.
La ubicación, la linea de metro que hay que coger es delicada.
Puedes cogerla y que no pase nada, pero no te lo aseguro.
Ambiente Bronx en la línea de metro, sobretodo las últimas paradas.
Personas poco aseadas, alguna bajo los efectos de sustancias ilegales y mal ambiente. Considerar coger Uber para ir y volver del hotel. Algo bueno del metro es que la entrada y salida esta cerca del hotel.

Gutes Stadthotel (Business & Privat) um New York günstig zu erkunden !
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr nah (5Min. Gehzeit) an der Bahn- / U-Bahn Station "138 St-Grand Concourse" und damit direkt nach Manhattan, Grand Central Station. Also die Lage war sehr gut.
Da ich nur ein Zimmer zum schlafen brauchte, war es soweit OK. Das Personal am FrontDesk war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gut fand ich die reichliche Anzahl von Ladebuchsen im ganzen Zimmer.
Das Bett war auch soweit OK mit guter Matratze.

Cons:

Im Umfeld des Hotels sollte man etwas aufpassen, es treiben sich einige zwielichtige Gestalten herum. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch und daher nicht besonders erwähnenswert. Aber als Start in den Tag war es für mich ausreichend.

Vehicule sorti du concessionnaire, directement stationné dans le parking très exigu de l'hôtel, confié aux valets à l'arrivée et à la sortie, endommagé. Peut-être les pourboires ne leur ont pas plu. Faute non reconnue par l'hôtel. Décevant. Petit déjeuner à fuir. Accueil glacial. Espace type Ibis. Mauvaise expérience.

Pros:

Velmi ochotný a milý personál, zejména moc milá recepční a hlídači. Čistota pokoje dobrá, ručníky měnili na požádání. Velikost pokoje pro dva lidi ideální, prostoru dost. Skvělá je perlivá voda zdarma. Lokalita dobrá, kolem je spoustu divných lidí, ale metro je skutečně blízko, takže to nevadí neměli jsme jediný problém po celou dobu našeho pobytu, díky express vlakům jsme byli všude do dvaceti minut. Nemělo to chybu. Děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme!

Snídaně by mohly být pestřejší, ale jsou dostačující.
Lokalita horší, ale metro je fakt blízko, za celou dobu jsme neměli jediný problém.

Pros:

My stay was terrible from start to finish. My vehicle was broken into and your facility refused to take responsibility for the damages. I should've booked somewhere else after valet was full to capacity, but I had a work meeting at Lincoln hospital, which was walking distance from the hotel. I sadly will not booking at this hotel again.
