La ubicación
The room was OK for the price though I personally believe the bed is not the best because it does not hold the mattress firmly at its place. The sheets and the towels are neat. Breakfast was OK but not continental as stated.
The Janitors or the Cleaners were my pain. If I do not choose that hotel again, then firstly it's because I had to chase them before my room is cleaned and secondly the front desk staff who will not answer my phone calls? I paid for service and I demand nothing but the service I paid for.
Because of the attitude of the Cleaners, on the 29th and 30th March I only demanded for change of towels. On the 31st, I went to the front desk to inform the lady at 7am that because I will be checking out on the 1st of April, I want to have my room serviced early so that I can focus on things that I had to do for the day. I waited till 2pm and nobody showed up and I started calling till 4pm and no one was picking till I went down to meet a gentleman at the front desk to ask why my room was not serviced and he promised to send them to clean it straight away but I said he should give me 30 minutes because I was going to eat but he said the cleaners will close at 4:30 so that they had to do it now. In conclusion, if I had not come down to the reception, my room would not have been serviced. To stay in a hotel for nearly 14 days continuous you expect some attention but what I experienced was the opposite.

Wonderful staff not the best location but was security provided. However, location was convenient right next to the 5 & 4 train. Cozy, clean room nice amenities..
The location wasn’t on the safest block but they had security.
