Pros:

We were in a themed family room. Alice in Wonderland, so much attention to detail.
Owners vert friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother ti them.

Cons:

The breakfast itself was lovely, maybe more toast each morning would have been nice.

Very comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

The staff were very hardworking and friendly, they helped with requests at breakfast. The room had everything we needed for a short break.
It was nice to have a bar.

The breakfast menu offered items which were not available and needs updating.

Nice ppl good location food service could be better

Good location clean rooms friendly staff

Cons:

The owners appear new to the hotel and need to get the food service right the dining room . It gets get too full and tables are too close together . They could set up a couple of tables in the bar for breakfast .
Food is very good just a bit slow coming out and most ppl like their toast before the full English arrives
That said our party has booked again for next year

I recently stayed at the Raffles Hotel while attending the Blackpool Dance Festival, and it was an excellent choice.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely cared for. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, with attention to detail that you don’t often find in larger hotels. These are qualities frequently highlighted by other guests as well.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. It is close enough to walk to Blackpool’s main attractions and the Winter Gardens, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Breakfast was outstanding each morning, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients. The service throughout my stay was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. It is clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard and making guests feel at home.

As someone visiting from New York for the festival, I appreciated having a comfortable and relaxing base after long days of dancing and spectating. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, great breakfast, and convenient location made this one of the highlights of my trip.

I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Blackpool and would highly recommend it to anyone attending the Dance Festival or visiting the area.
