We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantis The Royal — it was honestly one of our best experiences in Dubai so far. Everything from the design to the service felt special, and the atmosphere was luxurious without being overwhelming.
We would definitely recommend spending at least one full day at Cloud 22. It’s a unique experience and absolutely worth it for the views, the vibe, and the overall setting. For the rest of the days, the ground-floor pool and the beach are just as great — relaxing, spacious, and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Atlantis The Royal is a standout hotel and made our time in Dubai even more memorable.

We travel the world, and everywhere we’ve been, nothing comes close to here. Our first stay was in April 2025, we loved it so much that we came back for my wife’s birthday, stayed in room 12664 from 24/11/25 - 29/11/25 (Mr and Mrs L)
The standard and the service are like nowhere we’ve experienced! We constantly dream of coming back here! The service was unbelievable, they can’t do enough for you! The facilities in the hotel are unparalleled! Whatever you call concierge for, they will sort it instantly!
We hardly left the hotel! We ate at Ling Ling and Carbone, stayed at Nobu by the beach most days, all of which were amazing! We are ate at Hestons in April too which was also amazing!
We can’t wait to come back in November 2026 to celebrate her birthday again!

Had a great stay at Atlantis the royal everything was great specially our housekeeper sanskar he did great job in taking care of us and my children he was always attentive and knows how to make us happy thank you for making our stay more memorable.
I stayed at Atlantis The Royal, and from the moment I arrived, the front-desk experience was disappointing. Check-in was slow, disorganized, and chaotic. The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing and not up to the standard of a hotel that markets itself as ultra-luxury.
The real problem happened at checkout on the morning of October 19th. When I reviewed my final bill, I noticed several charges that I did not authorize. I asked the front-desk agent on duty to review them with me. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he disappeared to the back for several minutes — while my airport transfer was waiting and I was at risk of missing my flight.
When he returned, he rushed me and told me, “We’ll handle this later by email — go catch your flight.” I trusted him and left without signing the final folio, based on his assurance that the incorrect charges would be fixed. The interaction felt pushy, evasive, and extremely suspicious — it felt less like customer service and more like someone trying to get me out the door without resolving anything.
Once I returned home, I discovered that nothing had been corrected. The invalid charges were still there, and I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Even after all that, I was still left out hundreds of dollars. The checkout staff member from October 19th needs to be held accountable — his handling of the situation felt misleading and unethical.
For a property at this price level, this behavior is unacceptable. Guests should not be rushed, brushed off, or told “we’ll fix it later” when money is involved. A hotel that claims to be world-class should handle billing disputes transparently and professionally — not leave guests fighting charges after they leave.
I strongly recommend that anyone staying here review every single charge before leaving the property, because once you’re gone, it does not feel like the hotel stands behind its word.
On a positive note, I want to acknowledge the valet team, who were one of the few bright spots during my stay. While I was waiting for my car, they were polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable — even offering bottled water and checking in on me during the short wait. Their professionalism and kindness were a stark contrast to the disorganized front-desk experience, and they truly went above and beyond in their service.

Yoga at Gastronomy, Royal Atlantis, was outstanding. Professional, warm, and absolutely on point from start to finish. He remembered details, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and made the whole experience feel first-class. Service like his is rare, and he deserves serious recognition. Would 100% come back because of him.

Absolutely fantastic place and service! We were looked after Aman who has been fantastic. So many choices of food - anyone would find their choice - and what a view ! Would recommend to sit outside if weather allows. Definetely worth a visit - made our holiday so much better !
Quite simply an excellent hotel. The services, the staff, the cuisine, the cleanliness. Everything makes this hotel a real star in the eyes of its visitors. The rooms offer incredible sea views and fabulous sunsets! A special thanks also to Muhammad Ikram, for cleaning our room and allowing us to spend a peaceful night.
I visited the hotel as usual, and it was an amazing night, the staff and atmosphere in Malibu was amazing! However when I was waiting for the valet to bring my car to me I was shocked to see that my car just went down the ramp again without waiting for me to even stand up and reach it, so I called the staff there and Juban did an amazing job to inform the other colleagues to bring the car back. And I just wanted to thank their professionality and appreciate how quick they acted when I informed them of the incident.
All was excellent.. lavanya also was v kind and welcoming.. the weather is lovely .. and the out door seating v nice .. thanks
