Breakfasts could be better
Modern, well appointed, and comfortable. Service from the staff was fantastic. Location was excellent for skiing. The hotel has cars to send you to different ski areas which made it very convenient.

Sansui exceeded all of our expectations. We splashed out for this trip at skiing in Japan has always been on our bucket list. It was worth every penny. The staff are extremely accommodating and helped us out with any request we had. The onsens are very special and rooms are stylish and well thought out. The location is one of the best parts. Right at the top of the hill close to ski lifts and ski in-ski our facilities. Would highly recommend!
Hard to say any negatives. No room service and no communal cafe area to chill are the only things I could mention.

Excellent location, exactly where you want to be , excellent service , friendly always trying to assist , the sansui private shuttle was an awesome facility . It is time consuming as a tourist to get around efficiently at times . - this personalised transport made it extremely easy and efficient . It was a valuable service that would definatrly andd to the reasons for staying at this property .
Nothing - it was perfect stay / only negative was the price is definitely on the higher end and when you are out all day and night skiiing - you are not in the room much .

everything was really good, exceptional location and Mount Yotei view
Not enough drawers in the cabinet, even there are plenty of shelves at the entrance area, it's not convenient to get clothes for change. Should add more drawers set inside the cabinet in the bedroom.
We stayed during the summer slack season, the property was very quiet. Everything including the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff and the breakfast were all excellent!
