快適
Pros:

部屋がとても広く、ゆったり過ごすことができました。アメニティも素敵で、部屋にドラム式洗濯乾燥機が備え付けられているのも便利でした。

朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々も皆さんにこやかで、感じの良い接客でした。大浴場もほぼ貸切状態で利用でき、ゆっくり入ることができました。海外のお客様が多いホテルなので、温泉を利用する方が少ないのかもしれません。

また、部屋からの景色も非常に良く、ホテル自体の設備や雰囲気はかなり満足度が高かったです。

Cons:

一番気になったのは、スタッフの方に日本語がほとんど通じなかったことです。海外のお客様が多いホテルなのは理解できますが、日本国内にあるホテルとして、基本的な場面でも日本語で十分に意思疎通ができないのは正直かなり不便に感じました。

また、朝食を1人4,000円で追加しましたが、内容を考えるとかなり割高に感じました。定食形式でしたが、4,000円という価格から期待する内容とは大きく差があり、正直「この内容で4,000円？」という印象でした。朝食そのものは美味しかっただけに、価格とのバランスが残念でした。

Incredible luxury
Pros:

Amazing property with a mini kitchen. The staff are incredible.

Cons:

Slightly off the Main Street and food trucks, but manageable. This is the only minor fault, everything else is 10/10. Make reservations for dinner in advance in off season.

Pros:

Love the size of the room and the kitchen. Manage to have a homecooked meal there after skiing and made the experience so memorable.
Staffs at the hotel was all very friendly and helped with all the things we need.

Cons:

The breakfast for this level of quality hotel was not optimal. Minimal options and food was constantly cold. This could be improved very easily.

Very stylish hotel in a great location, perfect for a Niseko trip
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel: the location is great (ski in / ski out), the room was very nice and spacious with a traditional japanese feel, the staff was really helpful, ski & boot rentals was really easy and smooth (the rental shop and lockers are in the basement of the hotel), loved the complimentary hot chocolate after a day of ski, the complimentary shuttle service, spacious bathtub in the bathroom

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, the food did not meet the expectations of a hotel of this standing

We had a fantastic time!
Pros:

Modern, well appointed, and comfortable. Service from the staff was fantastic. Location was excellent for skiing. The hotel has cars to send you to different ski areas which made it very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be improved.
