It’s a very nice hotel
The staff need to learn hospitality!
They miss even the basics.

Be advised that despite the number of people booked for a room, one will still need to request extra towels. They don’t seem to have enough. Wait at the front desk until a towel is given and don’t wait for them to deliver to your room.

Carawan was clean and the receptionists were friendly and professional, making it a pleasant 2-day stay. However, I had booked 3 nights through Expedia but had to leave early due to an emergency. Despite paying in cash and being eligible for a refund, the hotel refused to process it without an email from Expedia. After Expedia confirmed they had sent the email, Carawan still declined the refund, which was quite disappointing.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect anything close to first class here.
