Great location! Amazing Roof Top Pool. Wonderful staff!
Pros:

Roof top pool. Location. Hotel Staff (especially Ajay who kept our room spotlessly clean during our stay)

Cons:

In comparison to the other Regenta hotels I’ve stayed at, this one is a little run down and is in need of some TLC.

Cons:

I had an overall good stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The room and services were satisfactory.
However, there was one issue that left a very disappointing impression. A glass was accidentally broken during the stay, and I was charged ₹250 plus GST for it. While I understand that charging for damages is reasonable, adding GST on a single glass did not seem justified. Moreover, it felt as if I was being charged an excessive amount, almost equivalent to recovering the cost of an entire set, which is unfair.
Considering the amount guests already spend to stay at the hotel, such high charges for a minor incident are not acceptable. This is the first time I have faced such an issue at any hotel, and it negatively impacted my overall experience.
I request you to kindly review this policy, as it does not reflect well on guest satisfaction.

Excellent hotel for family. Best hotel for vegetarians & Jain. Good veg spread for breakfast & lunch
Pros:

Staff was friendly, proactive as our needs were attended to without delay. Special mention to Ms Nirmala, Ms Nandini from front desk & Mr Bijoy Sahu from the restaurant for giving me and my family special attention.

Cons:

There was no newspaper provided. Request the hotel management to include this service.

An excellent choice for a peaceful stay
Pros:

First of all , I am impressed with their polite attitude as I requested for early check-in and they managed well.
Second, I loved the way they are doing sustainable practices like they refill the drinking water and many times as other hotels charge very high for extra drinking water and also plastic pollution. So, yes Regenta is winning this sustainable race.
The staff were polite, and the location was superb.

Cons:

I requested a sun light balcony room , I didn't get it.
The swimming pools were nice but the water was chilly, not comfortable for water fun and swimming.
The roof top is very nice and with a swimming pool also, overall a very comfortable and cozy ambience for just sitting and gazing surrounded hills . The only thing is missed , some mocktail or tea/ coffee, some pakoda or snacks as in high tea could be more amazing 😍.
Food quality is good but it could be improved as I noticed puri, paratha,nd bhature were not well cooked.
Pancake, dosa and upma, sewai upma were tasty.
